Located in the heart of Bologna, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, this apartment—tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities—is on the second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, in an elegant building that was recently renovated (July 2021). A large bedroom and living room with a sofa bed (single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom comfortably accommodate couples, families, and friends. Given the area’s minimal traffic, the apartment—which faces both Via San Giorgio and an interior terrace—is completely quiet and peaceful. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a coffee maker, and a kettle, and includes a washer, dryer, and other amenities. Parking can be reserved 200 meters away.

You cannot have a better location to see all of Bologna's sights know you have a comfort, quiet, modern, safe retreat to return to. It even has a small outdoor deck to enjoy a morning espresso. The bathroom is huge and well lit. Plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. A hideaway wall closet the width of the sleeping area will keep your suitcases out of sight and give you plenty of room for clothes . It even has a safe for your valuables. Building is super quiet. We didn't hear any adjoining noise. King bed very comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit super convenient. We didn't have to leave with suitcases of dirty clothes. Unit was immaculately clean. Nice tv. Strong secure wifi. And my favorite part was using the automatic room darkening shutters. Host is super responsive. What else can I say other than you won't regret this choice.

The dragon suite is an extremely well located, well designed and super clean accommodation. It’s easy walking distance from the train station and walking distance to all major places of interest within Bologna, yet quiet, being on a side street. The suite is fully equipped with everything including an excellent laundry system, iron and ironing board and spacious closets. There is even a dishwasher in the kitchenette (though we didn’t try it out), nice coffee machine with capsules and small induction hob. Our short stay in Bologna was packed with activity so it was very nice to retreat to this very comfortable suite at night and rest before the next day.

La suite è perfetta, curata nei minimi dettagli e davvero confortevole, soprattutto per la sua posizione centrale che ci ha permesso di raggiungere qualsiasi posto a pochi minuti a piedi. Host super disponibile e gentile, comunicazione chiarissima. Consiglio!
