Ca’ Centopietre is a romantic residence on the first floor of an 18th-century building. It’s located in a quiet area, which makes it perfect for a couple or a family who want to discover Venice’s wonders.
The apartment is right in the heart of Venice, a few steps away from Ponte dell’Accademia, 10 minutes from San Marco and a few minutes from the vibrant Campo Santa Margherita. It has an independent entrance from a quiet calle (road in Venetian) of sestiere of Dorsoduro. Ca’ Centopietre includes 6 rooms, whose walls feature elegant Venetian patterns, and 6 bathrooms with a bathtub or shower.
You can book a single room and share the residence with other guests or you rent the entire apartment for an exclusive holiday.
Ca’ Centopietre is a haven of peace with a private garden overlooking a beautiful “campiello”. It stands out for its light-flooded rooms, “Terrazzo” floors, exposed beams, high ceilings with original 18th century paintings, and the mirrored walls in the formal living room.

The Blue Moon Family room N.2 is a light blue-shaded room with two single beds and a bathroom featuring mosaic tiles and a shower.

Nice stay!

The little room was right off a cute courtyard in a great area of the city. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived and we sent a message to management and they came and fixed it right away.

Nice Little Place

Loved this building, the large mirrored common room was so pretty and the courtyard was so lovely to have happy hour in away from all the crowds of Venice! The location was great, some very good local restaurants were very close. The staff communication and service was EXCELLENT. Our only negative was the shower, it was hard not to get water all over! (And the beds not being together, but we knew that from the listing.) Overall, this was a great value in Venice!
