Appartement très bien situé. Literie confortable et vue très sympa sur les toits de Venise ! Contacts avec l'hôte très facile et tout était parfait. Seul bémol, la cuisine et l'équipement de la cuisine... Mais ce n'est pas le principal ici !

Das Appartment ist gemütlich und für 4 oder 5 Tage super geeignet. Die Geschirrspülmaschine scheint nicht ganz sauber zu sein, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist toll, etwas Abseits vom großen Touristentrubel, viele kleine Restaurants, Bäcker, Café in der Straße und die Venedig Highlights sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der Vermieterin bzw. Agenten sehr netter Kontakt.

Charming, rustic attic apartment with a magnificent view was absolutely perfect for 3 of us on our 2-day stay. Minor things that would improve the experience would be an ice maker or even just ice cube trays, full length mirror (perfect spot on the wall before the bedroom) and a pair of binoculars.

Beautiful View and Fantastic Location

The view outside the windows were truly breathtaking, and the beds were very spacious and comfortable. There’s a small kitchen area (that we didn’t use because we only stayed 2 nights but definitely decent size to cook) and there were also many appliances like a coffee machine, coffee, tea, etc. The shower was small but comfortable and we were very thankful for the smooth communication with the host and Pietro ; our key broke on Mother’s Day and he came via train to Venice to help us and give us a new set of keys. We truly appreciated his help and would definitely come back and stay here :) Thank you for everything!

The location was perfect. Away from the busier areas but very close to a main walkway and grocery store with restaurants and bars right close by. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Romantic bologna

Perfect location. Far enough away from the center but close enough for coffee. Everyone was super accommodating when our train out was cancelled and we needed one more night. Thank you so much.

Great area / walkable to all the major spots

Loved our stay here. It is a lot of stairs but there are a lot of stairs everywhere so it evens out. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location and View

Great location right in Cannaregio by the canal with lots of restaurants. Short walk from the water taxi to get wherever you need. Bonus that it’s near the first stop on the water taxi from the airport

Appartement à la fois au calme et très bien situé

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Emmanuela. L'appart est plein de charme, très calme, le matelas du lit situé dans l'alcôve est l'un des meilleurs sur lesquels j'ai dormi. L'appartement est petit mais on s'y sens très bien, près de tout et en même temps hors du flux des touristes. La vue est merveilleuse.

Stay in Cannaregio

Beautiful attic apartment with fantastic view. Just be warned that there are a lot of stairs and you might get bitten by mosquitoes in the night. Overall though, excellent stay in looking for a place in a quieter area of Venice

We loved out stay in Venice! Cute place with a great view! The location was wonderful with lots of great shopping and restaurants close by. It was close enough that you could walk to the major sites, but far enough that it was as crowded as the big areas. Would definitely come back.
