Renting this astonishing and spacious villa and property is a dream. Plenty of space in a calm area not packed with tourists. The house is modern and practical with all you need, the garden is beautiful with its two enormous magnolia trees, the outdoor dining area is cosy, the pool is perfect size and with the private jetty into the Garda Lake, it feels like heaven. Thanks for giving us this feeling for two wonderful weeks in Toscolano Moderna.

Beautiful home, in a great location. All of the bedrooms had good AC but like many homes in the area not in the common living space like the living room and kitchen where you need to hope for a cool breeze. Outdoor kitchen is great. Pool was nice, we had issues getting the outdoor whirlpool to heat up much beyond the temperature of the pool but appreciate the host trying to help us. The lake pier is a nice feature, it’s located across a small street and gives you a private area to access the lake which is really nice. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The Property was actually nicer than the pictures! It was roomy, and the grounds are beautiful! The lake was right out of the front gate, and the walking path along the lake went both ways from the property. We had rented a car, there was plenty of room to park on the property, but we walked most of the time. There were restaurants and coffee places and of course gelato very close. We were there end of Sept/early Oct so was a bit cold to swim in the lovely pool, but the weather was pleasant enough to sit outside. There is a spa; we needed a bit of help to get it to heat. We got a wonderful referral to a local chef for an evening (we were a family of 10 people) so it was a great splurge to have an excellent meal prepared for us in the kitchen. (Chef was Luca of Gardemomo). Communication with the owner was very quick. We would love to stay again, we had a truly memorable time.

The home, property, pool, and proximity to Lake Garda and town made for a fabulous one-week stay with four families, including 4 teenagers and 9 adults. We loved cooling off in the pool, swimming in the lake, and walking to nearby restaurants/bars and gelaterias. Overall, this home provided a wonderful place to make new memories.

We loved it! Plenty of room inside and out for our group of 13 to enjoy. Every bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen was easy to work in. We also grilled out a couple of times with the outdoor fire pit grill and enjoyed eating outside at the beautiful table for 12. Would recommend this gorgeous location to everyone.

The house is excellent and what makes it so much more are the people involved in managing it. Rosella was wonderful right from the start of the process of booking and once booked Samanta coordinated everything for our stay including recommending activities and the professionals to provide them. We could not have asked for more from an owner and property manager.

Great house and location

Villa Magnolia is a fantastic house for a multi person holiday. While it’s in need of some modernisation - kitchen, air conditioning in every room - there are many outdoor spaces for conversation, games, reading and siestas. Take care when booking that you specify how many guests you’ll be as this caused some confusion. But overall, we were very happy and we and our guests had a wonderful time.

It was a perfect location for a group of 11-13 people. Beautiful, very large garden with lots of privacy, BBQ area and a lovely pool. Directly at lake Garda, we could use the private jetty for swimming and fishing. Large living rooms (a separate one first floor), and many bedrooms. Sufficient parking space for several cars. Minor tip for improvement: the washing machine in the cellar is great, but adding a dryer would make it really complete. Toscolano is an ideal location for all kind of trips in the region (car of ferry), but also has an own public sandy beach at 6 min. walk from the villa. We had a great time!

Wonderful home in fantastic location

We had a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful property, it couldn’t have been a more perfect house for us to base ourselves at. We were staying with 3 other family’s with children ranging from 4-12 years and everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. The grounds are also very beautiful and huge! Giving the children lots of space to run around in a secure environment because they cannot get out of the gates. The house is really well equipped over two floors with kitchens and living areas in both. It even has a laundry room which was amazing for families! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and beach and lake and private jetty which is wonderful for swimming in the lake. The owners very really helpful, communication was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this fantastic home for your next holiday! 😍

Best Villa on the Lake

We just returned from celebrating my husband’s 80th birthday with all our children and grandchildren. Villa Magnolia and Samanta couldn’t have been better. First, the location of the Villa on the promenade allowed everyone to explore the lake via a walk to the ferry, grab a gelato, lunch or a glass of wine whenever they liked without taking a car. The Villa and grounds are generous with plenty of space to gather and to find quiet time. Samanta arranged a special birthday dinner with Chef Zeno at the Villa. Chef Zeno is a lovely, charming man who explained our dishes and told us about the delicious local wines he chose. The setting, the table and food were fabulous! An experience I highly recommend. Samanta also helped us with transportation to the east side of the lake, a beautiful lunch for the 12 of us, and a wine tasting. She was helpful and responsive to all our (many) requests. This was the best family gathering ever. I confidently recommend this Villa. Thank you for the memories!

The lake house is situated in a lovely area just a minute walking distance to a private pier & the promenade. It was plenty big for our party of 6. The house was clean but upon arrival we quickly discovered the main kitchen had an ant problem making it difficult to keep food on the counter. Two of the guests in our party have back issues & would have enjoyed a hot jacuzzi but the jacuzzi which could barely fit 2 people was not working at all. The house had a washing machine but no dryer making it challenging to dry clothes adequately & Stowe in luggage upon leaving. We enjoyed the house, its proximity to food shopping & local restaurants. It would have been a nice addition if there had been a guide of information about the house & offering info about local services, a good source for restaurant options in the various lake towns, & also activities. We had an overall good experience & I would recommend this house for its proximity to the lake which was lovely & a real plus. I might add that after paying a hefty sum for the rental, it seemed a bit extreme to be charged a 600 cleaning fee on top of that. We did really enjoy our time on Lake Garda exploring the beautiful scenery & the gorgeous lake towns.

Cordialmente Rossella

A Perfect Retreat at Lake Garda: A Haven of Beauty and Tranquility

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa nestled in the enchanting surroundings of Lake Garda. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was going to be a truly remarkable experience. The villa exceeded all our expectations, offering a perfect blend of elegance, spaciousness, and natural beauty. The villa's size was impressive, providing ample space for our entire family to relax and unwind comfortably. The bedrooms were generously sized, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. The living areas were both stylish and cosy, providing the perfect setting for quality family time. Additionally, the villa boasted a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. However, what truly set this villa apart was its breathtaking garden. The expansive outdoor space was meticulously maintained, bursting with vibrant flowers and lush greenery. It was a true delight to explore the garden, whether lounging by the pool, enjoying al fresco dining, or simply taking a leisurely stroll amidst the fragrant blooms. The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made it difficult to leave this idyllic oasis. Above all, the happiness and contentment of my family during our stay was the ultimate testament to the villa's excellence. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone found something to love about this remarkable villa.

Insgesamt wunderbares Objekt in perfekter Lage.

Buon tutto Rossella
