Villa Gran Paradiso is a unique place with a bucolic atmosphere, here you can experience a truly relaxing holiday by immersing yourself in the typical nature of these hills a stone's throw from the lake. The Villa measures approximately 350 square meters and is divided into 3 units (a large apartment with 6 bedrooms and two studio apartments) and is the optimal solution for a stay in company but with the comfort and privacy you desire.

A house with a fairytale flavor, recently renovated, it has kept its history alive by enhancing the exposed stone, the ancient terracotta floors and the wooden ceilings.

Composed of eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three internal kitchens, and one external one, with lake view from some bedrooms and from some areas of the park.

Ideal for a wonderful family holiday, the villa has a swimming pool set on a terrace and a large porch with kitchen wall, fireplace that can accommodate up to 18 people.

The park with pond is completely fenced and pet friendly.

• Bedrooms: Sleeps 16+2 (maximum 16 adults) in 8 rooms: on the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms overlooking the park with fans (no ac), on the second floor there are two spacious and very bright double bedrooms with panoramic lake views, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Two other double bedrooms are located in two studio apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor with lake and park views, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.



• Bathrooms: total of 8 bathrooms with shower, simple and functional, 2 on the ground floor connected to the laundries, two on the first floor and 2 ensuite on the top floor and 2 in the apartments..



• Kitchen: A comfortable kitchen on the ground floor equipped with all major and minor appliances, the two studio apartments are equipped with small but comfortable kitchens and in the barbecue area on the porch there is a new kitchen wall, comfortable and ideal for enjoying unforgettable evenings with friends.



• Indoor/Outdoor Dining: Spacious dining area with kitchen equipped with a table to seat 10-12. Flat screen TV with digital cable and astra satellite connection. Outside there is a beautiful porch that can accommodate up to 18 people, a large and suggestive fireplace for barbecues, a comfortable kitchen wall to be able to cook comfortably outside and new big gas BBQ.
