[Easy Lake] Baveno Apartment 100 meters from the lake. Free Wi-Fi, by Guestaly

Easy Lake is a very quiet apartment located in the historic center of Baveno, just 100 meters from the lake, the ferries to the Borromean Islands, and the train station. It is a charming, tastefully furnished two-room apartment dating back to the late 1800s, which was completely renovated in 2022 while preserving its distinctive features, such as its vaulted ceilings. Inside, you’ll find every comfort, including Wi-Fi, Netflix, a Smart TV, and all the necessary appliances. Free parking 100 meters away!
Nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a pastry shop, a bakery, and a supermarket—all conveniently within walking distance.
CIN: IT103008C22M6MZH3Z

It was 6 min walking distance from train station and close to ferry station. When we came in the gas stove was turned on and the bathroom door wouldn’t close, my 12 year old son was not happy about not having privacy to use the bathroom. I sent a message stating this and it wasn’t answered. The pictures of the property must have been professional pictures because the pictures give the impression of a nice updated property and it’s not updated. It had a kitchen but a very small amount of dish soap, no paper towels… I don’t know why it has pictures making it seem that it’s with a view of the lake when it isn’t, it’s within walking distance but there’s no lake view. I wanted to leave property but I was only there for 2 nights so I stuck with it.

Live like a local

Easy Lake Is a clean modern place to stay with an excellent location. There's a wonderful cafe just down on the corner, walking distance to the restaurants and ferry station in town and a very short drive to Stressa to enjoy more shopping in many restaurant options. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom area which shares the couch in the same room. There are two wonderful long windows with shutters that allow you to enjoy the view or close the shutters and still let some fresh air in. There's a small amount of street noise, which is nothing if you're used to that. The refrigerator is decent size, there is a small microwave as well as an oven and stove. Very basic spices, paper towels and basic kitchen necessities, but nothing more. During our stay it was extremely hot in the area. While Easy Lake stays somewhat cooler than most buildings, we found it necessary to buy a floor standing fan as there is no air conditioning or fan provided. If this is something you need, there is an electronic store within a 15 minute drive and it only cost about 24 euros. A good investment as we were traveling for 3 weeks. With multiple family members staying in the area, we definitely felt like we had the best location. One side note, the shower is extremely small, but again if you travel Europe, you come to expect this. We would definitely stay again and recommend this location.
