Newly furnished Studio apartment in the most popular area of Downtown Reykjavik, surrounded by nice bars, restaurants and night clubs. If you wish to be in the heart of the life happening in Reykjavik, this is your place.

The Space:
The Studio apartment can accommodate 4 guests, two in the large double bed and 2 sleeping on the comfortable sofa bed.
Equipped with Nespresso Coffee machine, Kettle, stove and oven in the kitchen, you can play darts in the living room and feel extremely comfortable in your bedroom.

Guest Access:
Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

Right in the heart of Reykjavík!

Great spot right in the downtown area. The space is above a restaurant, but we didn’t have issue with noise (we stayed in February so it was the off-season… may be more crowded/noisy in the summer). The check-in website they send you once your booking is confirmed is very helpful as it answers all the questions about location, parking, accessing the room, etc. However when I had a question I was easily able to email the host and get an answer within minutes. The space itself was great - clean, modern, and had all the amenities needed (coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, extra blankets and pillows, etc.). I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to be right in the heart of downtown!

Could have been perfect

Perfect location. Lovely interior. But there was this super annoying back ground noise. Sounded like a spinning washing machine in ur room. I had to sleep with air plugs. I think it came from the fume hood downstairs or the heating. Also the electricity kept failing and the people from the restaurant downstairs had to help us find the problem. The electricity switch Board was in the other appartment. We were lucky that they were home to turn it back on. But the worst was the noise of the fume hood of the restaurant. It stvless

Fun in the city

The apartment was in an excellent area deep in the heart of Reykjavik. It was close to everything you would want to see in the city. We stayed for 4 days. As for things to note: the address that was given is not accurate. The address it not "1" but it is "1A" . It is located next to a restaurant and the apartment is above the restaurant. It is super quiet so no worries about the noise. It was just really difficult to find w/ the address provided. The apartment was nice and bright w/ numerous windows that looked down on a back courtyard behind the restaurant. As noted in the description, there is no washer and dryer and the coffee machine is a nescafe that only takes pods. The apartment did not contain an abundance of linens and bedding. We were there for 4 nights and only got one towel each. There was a pull out couch but we did not use it. I did look for more pillow cases and sheets but there were no extras. Overall great location but nothing extra, however, we are not picky travelers so we enjoyed our stay!
