It was very nice stay in Reykjavik

The room was more spacious than I had imagined, yet stylish and comfortable enough for a one-person stay.The location was also great, just a few minutes walk to the center of Reykjavík.The only thing that was a little confusing was the location of the key box, so if the owner has time, it might be a good idea to add that.

The studio was clean, cozy and convenient. The communication with the owner was outstanding all the procedures were easy. It was very close to everything in downtown and there was a taxi stand just a 3 minute walk away if you need to travel further. The was plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

This property lives up to the uniformly excellent reviews. Although it is near to downtown, we were never bothered by traffic noise. The unit has everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We North Americans are always a little baffled by the EU pictorial controls on the appliances, but we managed to make good use of them. The parking spot is a very valuable feature which enhances the value proposition.

Our stay here was fantastic. This small space was a perfect homemade for our daily outings around Reykjavik, thoughtfully designed and operated by Sæli, the world-class owner. He was quick to help answer questions, opened the door to our early morning arrival, and graciously denied our offer to help clean at the end of our stay. The next time we visit, this will be where we stay.

Fantastic place with a perfect location

Everything went perfect in our trip to Reykjavík which was helped by having the perfect place in town. Thanks to our host for a lovely stay in a unit that was ideal for a 4 night stay. Easy walking to all restaurants and all you needed to make some meals at home. Parking spot made coming home after adventuring seemless as we didn't need to worry about where to park or how much it would cost. Would definitely come back and stay here again on our next Iceland vacation.

Cozy Home Base for Iceland Adventures

Thoughtfully designed and decorated to maximize its space, this comfortable and nicely outfitted studio felt much larger than its square footage would suggest. It was an ideal “home” for our 10-night stay, centrally located to easily explore the sights, sound and tastes of Reykjavík by foot. An off-street parking spot for our rental car made day excursions so convenient. We loved it! Tip for summer travelers: bring an eye mask as the blinds don’t totally block the light.

Great Studio in Heart of Reykjavik

This is a great place to stay in the downtown area of Reykjavik. The property felt very spacious for being a studio, and is walking distance to whale/puffin tours, nightlife, restaurants, museums, and other excursions in the city. It is clean and the owner is responsive for any questions that come up. The two of us had a great experience, and would definitely stay again when we return to Iceland in the future.

Fabulous 3 days in Reykjavík

This was the perfect little place for a mother/daughter stopover in Iceland! The apartment had everything we needed, including an off street parking space - ideal as we rented a car to self drive the Golden Circle and hike the Glymur Waterfall trail! The apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance to the harbor, sights, shops, restaurants and parks! We had 3 days of sunshine and absolutely LOVED our time here! Our host was fabulous - so friendly and attentive to our needs! Stay here! You wont regret it!

Location, location

This efficiency has everything one could need, in a neighborhood that is perfectly located for walking to shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood of foreign embassies, churches, hospital, and a pocket park. The owner’s communication was superb. With an added bonus of onsite parking.

Cute studio very close to downtown

My wife and I had s fantastic time in this vm cute studio. Moreover, vm close to downtown and all restaurants, groceries and shops. Bring your running shoes and take a few rounds around the lakes that are just next door. Owner very responsive, loved it

The property is a beautiful building with a long and interesting history, located in absolutely the best downtown location. The house has a peaceful and calming atmosphere. I've been renovation the property as mixed family residence and office property. I take a great pride in the design and craftsmanship and would like to share that with our visitors.
