A detached 3-bedroom villa on two floors.
Bedroom 1 - Master double bedroom with built in wardrobes, and flat screen TV. A beautiful, recently refurbished en-suite wet room with walk in shower, double vanity units, wc and illuminated mirror.
Patio doors leading to roof terrace, with sunbeds/chairs, having views over the beautiful gardens, sea and golf course.
On the ground floor there are two further twin bedrooms both served with a separate beautifully recently refurbished family wet room with walk in shower, double vanity unit/sink and illuminated mirror. Both twin bedrooms have sliding doors which lead out to the rear patio.
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen, microwave, oven/hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer etc. with breakfast bar and with side access that leads to patio and drying area.. There is a large lounge/dining room with large flat-screen TV, freeview satellite and radio.
The lounge leads out onto a large patio to the front of the villa overlooking gardens. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. There are also outdoor shower facilities, sun loungers and patio furniture, and a further patio at the rear of the villa.
The villa is prepared ready for arrival including all bed linen, towels and pool towels. Linen changes can be arranged and paid for locally.
If a selection of food is required on arrival, this can also be arranged and paid for locally.
The property is equipped with iron/ironing board and 2 hairdryers available in both wet/shower rooms.
WIFI/Internet access is available in the villa.

Wonderful holiday in a lovely location. The accommodation was everything that we needed, a home away from home with absolutely every piece of utensil that you would need if you choose to cook. The host Lisa is incredible to deal with, the check in process was flawless and all instructions were sent in plenty time for checking in and out. The accommodation is located not far from San Blas centre and within easy reach of the coastal walk which is wonderful, we walked each morning to Los Abrigos and back. The villa is in the well equipped and friendly Wyndham resort and a minute walk to the pool. Overall very happy with the Villa and host.

We spent 2 fabulous weeks at this wonderful villa which is in a lovely quiet position and made for a fabulous relaxing time with all the family..first holiday for my 14mth old grand-daughter..who i can honestly say had a good time. Villa is fully equiped particularly in the kitchen abundance of cutlery, utensils pots pans even a hand mixer only thing missing was a dishwasher...but wasn' t an issue plenty to take turns!..washing machine was easy to use even for me and plenty of outdoor line space needed for large families in stead of silly clothes airers! Both bathrooms brilliant we enjoyed the showers which were most welcome at the end of a hot day! All in all would highly reccommend...special thank you to Lisa and Mike the owners for allowing us earlier access to villa as already at Sunningdale and a special thanks for letting us stay longer due to our flight which was in the evening...Communication has been excellent from booking to departing ...thank you for everything is definitely a home from home...

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur désagréable émanait des deux douches, ce qui a immédiatement terni notre expérience. De plus, l’une des douches (celle destinée aux enfants) ne proposait que de l’eau très chaude, ce qui les a malheureusement mis en difficulté à chaque utilisation.Concernant la literie, c'était tout simplement catastrophique : inconfortable et en mauvais état. Nous avons pris des photos pour en témoigner. Nous regrettons également de ne pas avoir photographié le reste de l'appartement, car celui-ci est très vieillot et ne correspond pas du tout aux standards actuels ni aux photos de l’annonce.Nous espérons que ces éléments seront pris en compte pour améliorer le confort des futurs voyageurs.

We are very disappointed by your review as it does not reflect the circumstances of your stay. Our team provided assistance whenever you raised a concern, and maintenance was made available to ensure your comfort.
Our team checked all showers and toilets at the villa and there was no blockages or smells coming from these areas. On several occasions myself and my team made you aware how to regulate the shower for your children’s use.
Unfortunately during your stay, the villa was left in extremely poor condition, with significant damage well beyond normal use. This behaviour was in clear violation of house rules and does not reflect the respectful conduct we expect from our guests.
We take great pride in maintaining our property to a high standard and in providing positive experiences for the vast majority of our visitors.
We encourage future guests to read other reviews to see the true quality and care we put into our villa.

Schöne Villa in schöner Anlage
Villa in gepflegter Anlage mit beheiztem Pool, Billiard, Minigolf usw. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars in näherer Umgebung. Auch wenn es ganz in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle gibt, ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Landende und ggf. startende Flugzeuge bekommt man natürlich mit, uns hats nicht gestört.Die Villa ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sauber und in einer der ruhigsten Zone der Anlage gelegen.

We love being on the Golf, plenty of walks to do, an abundance of restaurants and bars, together with local supermarkets and facilities. We are also lucky to have the sea and a fantastic view of Mount Teide.
