"Villa Salud” first floor

House from the 30s with a lot of charm: high ceilings, spacious rooms, and lots of out space. Recently reformed and furnished to a good standard. Villa located in a very quiet street. The center of Malaga is just a 10-minute walk away and the beach is about a 20-minute walk away.

The house is very suitable for groups of friends. The minimum age to rent the house is 23 years. Families with children are also welcome, as the house has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible: cots, safety rails and a service for children. It is a spacious and well-equipped house with all the comforts for short or long stays. It is ideal to combine work and vacations. Special prices for long-term stays.

The house consists of two independent apartments that can be rented separately or together. Each apartment has three double bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, so each one can accommodate from 2 to 8 people and up to 15 people in the whole house. The house has several terraces at different levels, all equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. It is a perfect place to relax after touring around Malaga. The house is located on a very quiet street in an authentic neighborhood, where the neighbors are from Malaga and not just tourists. The neighborhood has all the necessary services: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, etc. and the center is only 10 minutes away on foot.

The first floor has a 40-meter terrace in front of the house and a very nice porch with outdoor dining space. It has three double bedrooms, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The central room is the kitchen-dining room with access to an interior patio.

Superb stay

A super property for 8 friends to stay in. It had everything we needed and more, with a great outside space to eat and lie in the sun (unfortunately not much sun for our stay :'(. ) Ana and Angel were wonderful and super quick with any questions we had. Thanks:))

Lovely long weekend in Malaga

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in September in Malaga. Property was clean and well equipped and in a good location for accessing the centre and beaches, either by walking or by bus. Communication with owner and property agent was great. Malaga is a great city. We would be happy to return and explore some more.

Malaga vacation

The property was really nice and not so far away from the center of Málaga, just about 20-30 minutes walking. To the beach is also about 30 minutes. The property has 2 bathrooms where one is small and the other is more big with a washing machine. We loved staying there and enjoyed our time.

Great stay in Malaga

We had a wonderful stay! Clean, well equiped house with very nice terrace. Not in the micro city centre, but nice safe area with everything closeby. A 10/15min walk to the city centre. We were there with a toddler and a baby was perfect! a few stairs to access the house but that is the perfect excercise! Would recommend and would love to go back!

Fantastic stay

Went with my wife and young girls and had an outstanding stay. Located in a fantastic part of Malaga, lots of local restaurants and shops etc. Ten min walk to town for all the cultural highlights, and short bus that almost takes you door to door to the beach. We spent a lot of time checking out local Tapas bars which were much cheaper and tastier than central town. Ana the owner and local neighbours were wonderful in terms of comms and meeting us. The apartment is great and the kids loved the large veranda. We will be back!

Villa Salud

Our stay at the villa SALUD was very cool ! The house is great with 4 rooms and 2 bathroom, everything is clean and modern. Ana was very nice with us, ready to help us if we have problem and also very kind if we have question (about the house and the town!) The location is great, if you want to go in the center you have to walk 20 minutes. What we love the most is the terrace ! Very spacious. I recommend you to have your holiday is this villa ! Well equipped, nice and cosy. And great location.

We loved that place. Ana Maria was very helpful with all the preparations and she has obviously good taste for interior design (well... I believe you cannot go wrong with IKEA! ;)). The man looking after the property (Angel) is very friendly and always ready to help. The house is not straight next to the sea/centre of town but we actually enjoyed being away from the crowd and there are plenty of little bars and restaurants around the house in order to enjoy some good tapas and a glass of Spanish red. What else could you ask for?! Highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Malaga

As a family of five with three teenage daughters we very much enjoyed our stay in this first floor apartment. Ana the owner happened to be on holiday above us during our time and was helpful with prior information and for booking our return taxi to the airport. This property is designed around the kitchen, which we liked. There is plenty of room to eat outside in the evenings. The property is well equipped with everything and more that you need for a self-catered holiday. We stayed during a very hot period and the air-con ( which is powerful ) is only in the kitchen and as with most places near water - bring your mosquito spray. The apartment is a literally a few minutes walk to the nearest shops, buses, cafes etc of the area Victoria and a 15/20 minutes slow walk to the main center of Malaga. Malaga is lovely and retains its Spanish charm which we loved. The restaurants are superb for tapas, meat and seafood and we even found a brilliant vegetarian one too. Malaga has a very long man-made beach with sun loungers etc. After an initial walk which took us best part of an hour in the blistering heat, we found it easier to catch a bus to the waterfront and walk along the promenade to the beach. We were glad not to hire a car but plan to return to visit Cordoba, Cadiz, Grenada, etc. Thank you for a lovely stay - think Spain has a piece of my heart!

Nuestra estancia en Málaga

La casa está muy bien, está bien equipada, limpia, tiene mucho espacio y está en una zona tranquila que al mismo tiempo no está muy lejos del centro y de las playas. Ana María estuvo muy amable en la comunicación tanto por escrito como cuando coincidimos. La época del año no estuvo muy favorable, en las noches hacía mucho calor y nos costó dormir por lo mismo. Aparcar no es tan fácil pero fuera de una vez nunca hubo problema con esto. Cuando llegamos nos sentimos inmediatamente en casa. En general es un apartamento muy recomendable y regresaríamos con gusto.

Agreable Séjour

La maison est bâtie sur 2 étages. Chaque étage constitue un apartement. Nous avons séjouné pendant le mois d´Août dans l´apartement situé au 2. étage. 2 salles de bain dont l´une se trouve à l´exterieur sur la terrasse et l´une à l´interieur. L´acceuil de la géranre était très chaleureux. Nos enfant (11, 7ans) ont adoré le lit à étage et la petite salle de jeux/ télé située près de la cuisine/salle à manger. Nous pouvions facilement faire nos courses à pieds grace à la proximité de nombreux magasins et supermarchés. Le mois d´aout est très chaud, nous avons souffert un peu de la chaleur le soir dans les chambres non climatisées,un peu atténuée en s´aidant de ventilateurs. Dans l´ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

VILLA SALUD es un maravilloso alojamiento vacacional

Un alojamienyo a tener muy en cuenta para vsitar esta maravillosa ciudad... La villa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, una monada y cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar, una zona muy tranquila y realmente no se encuentra lejos ni del centro ni de varias playas. Ana María, la propietaria, ha estado muy pendiente de nosotras en todo momento atendiéndonos. La bienvenida que nos dio fue maravillosa y el preludio de que iba a ser una estancia maravillosa. La recomendamos al 100%.

Super séjour !

Nous je retiendrons que du positif de cette location à la villa Salud pendant la première quinzaine d'août. Nous avions réservé seulement quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Ana a été d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Elle a répondu a toutes mes questions avec bienveillance. Angel qui nous a accueilli à été tout aussi adorable et plein de bons conseils. Son épouse très disponible également en cas de questions. Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville et des plages. La maison est superbement équipé, nous avons manqué de rien, tout y était. Ayant une ado, le WiFi était le bienvenu et 1 a bien servi. Je recommande vivement et c'est. Une expérience a renouveler sans hésitation ! Málaga est une jolie ville très propres et ces citoyens sont très chaleureux.

Magnífica ubicación y trato recibido.

La casa es tal y como se describe. Muy limpia, bien ubicada y con todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar para pasar unos días en Málaga. Su propietaria ha sido muy eficaz y amable. Si tuviera que poner tan solo algún pero, es que en la zona es algo difícil aparcar, aunque si quieres visitar la ciudad y el centro están suficientemente cerca como para ir paseando. Altamente recomendable.
