The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate. There you will find a 6 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth range of 0.75 m to 1.90 m where you can cool off. Next to the pool, there are sun loungers for sunbathing and sunbathing. In addition, there is a garden with fruit trees, a barbecue and several outdoor tables and sofas from where you can contemplate the marvellous sea views while eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the relaxation you deserve. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably and, finally, a toilet. In the property there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the three bedrooms, all with AC. Two have double beds, while another has two single beds. One has access to a balcony with splendid views of the Malaga coastline. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. Up to two more people will be able to rest on the sofa bed in the living room.

The property is located in Benalmádena, a few kilometres from the Morera beach, a beautiful sandy area surrounded by large rocks, which give it a natural and intimate character, perfect to escape to if you are looking for peace and quiet. The area has all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The marina of Benalmádena, one of the most iconic and most visited places on the Costa del Sol, is only a few kilometres away.
