NARCISSOS ‘NISSI BEACH’ Apartment C2 is a ground floor one-bedroom apartment located on the exclusive Nissi 3 development just 400m from Nissi Beach and within walking distance to the major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue, nearest the Nissi Beach Resort. Within 2-3 minutes walk one can find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bank, pharmacy and also all major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue like the Nissi Beach Resort. Ayia Napa center 2 Km away, bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk. The apartment has a large communal pool and neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The apartment has been fully renovated and consists of open plan living, dining, kitchen areas. Living room has straight access to an amazing size veranda and a small garden area in front of the veranda where one can enjoy unlimited sunshine ( 2 private sunbeds and umbrella) plus direct access and views of the communal pools and garden areas. Bedroom has also straight access via sliding doors to the lovely veranda and garden.
This fully air-conditioned apartment has a smart, Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. Bright and with modern furnishing, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Having a sofa bed in the living room (140 X190 cm) the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. (3rd and 4th person/s are charged extra). In the price includes electricity of 22 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment.
