House located 800 meters from the waterfront and small beaches.
The apartment is new and located on the top floor with a large terrace (80 square meters). The interior is cozy and designed according to modern standards, featuring a kitchen-dining area, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a television, and a bathroom with a shower.
The ceramic tiles are of the highest quality, and the finishes are executed to perfection.
The owners live on the same floor and can provide tips for a pleasant stay.
The historic center and the aquarium are just a few minutes away by boat or any other public transportation (train, subway).
There are affordable restaurants and pizzerias near the apartment.
All kinds of shops are just a short walk away. The apartment is quiet and features a large 80-square-meter terrace with chairs, a table, and night lighting.

Immaculate updated home with easy access to amenities and train station. Hosts are kind and welcoming. We even enjoyed a Genoa chick pea bead. Would stay again

The room was wonderful. They had coffee makers and coffee ready, it was clean. The hosts were very friendly. I would love to stay there again.

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped, with two nice balconies. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Pegli.

Home away from home!

The property was exactly as described. Roomy with 2 balconies and a rooftop to also enjoy. The apartment had everything we needed but air-conditioning (or another pedestal fan) which would have given it 5 stars. The location was good and we always found it easy to find a carpark nearby.

Ciao Jessica, ti ringraziamo delle belle parole e siamo contenti vi siate trovati bene nel nostro appartamento. Tuttavia dobbiamo precisare che nell'annuncio non è citata la presenza del condizionatore. Una scelta che ci permette di mantenere dei prezzi convenienti e di risparmio energetico. Abbiamo messo un ventilatore a piantana che quindi può essere spostato da una stanza all'altra secondo dove si soggiorna.

Tolle Gastgeber und eine schöne Oase

Wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Appartement war eine erholsame Oase nach den vielen Eindrücken. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell in Genua. Aber auch Pegli ist eine Erkundung wert. Die perfekte Mischung zwischen Citytrip und Strandurlaub an der ligurischen Küste. Es hat einfach alles! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente, ma è stata una bella vacanza. Ottima struttura, comoda e ben arredata, terrazza con vista favolosa. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimo. Tornerei volentieri.
