The perks with stay are just too numerous to squeeze in this box. Luxury defines our stay. Short walk to the port. Air conditioning. We throughly enjoyed it!!

The unit is exactly like described. Every ammenity you could think of was there for you. Roberto even met us where are taxi dropped us off and walked us to the apartment. Close to everything in the city. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.Thank you!

The host provided flyers and maps of the area, in addition to drinks and pastries. Property is centrally located between the Genova Piaza Principe and Genova Brignole, and close to bus transportation and attractions.

Great location, thoughtful and helpful host

We had a really nice stay here. Everything was very clean and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that made it so fun and easy to enjoy the flat and city. Roberto was very responsive and helped us with a few questions and needs that came up. It felt like staying at a close friend’s guest room. Thanks Roberto for your friendliness and kindness!

Super clean,well appointed, perfect location

This was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in. Super clean, pleasantly decorated. Very well equipped. It is located right in the heart of the historic city and has easy access to bus, taxi and metro lines. Manager is very helpful and responds to questions and requests almost immediately. He supplied apartment with various cold drinks, coffee pods, tea bags, hot chocolate mix and various snacks.

A great find

It was a great find, Roberto was a splendid host, the apt was well equipped, our only negative was the uncomfortable chairs. This meant that there no where to sit and read.

My wife and I spent a month traveling the French and Italian Riviera and we stayed at many apartments - This one, by far, was the best. It was our first time in Genoa and we loved it. The location was fantastic, close to all the best food and sites. The room was amazing. Every detail is taken care of - excellent air conditioning, great bed, really big screen t.v., drinks in the fridge, quiet, cool building, and it's even color coordinated. We absolutely loved this place. If that's not enough, the host was amazing. Very kind and gracious. I highly recommend staying here. You will be very pleased.

Roby, the host was waiting for us to personally introduce us to the amenities of the apartment. It was sparkling clean, had everything we could think of and also thinks I would never think about. The place is not accessible by car but you can find a public parking near by. Genoa is a beautiful city and our host had a power point of all the attractions and the distance to them. Another thing that got my attention was after we checked out, Roby chased me to return to me a wristwatch that I forgot in the batroon

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Calle angosta inaccesible en coche, así que si traes equipaje vas a caminar al menos 3 cuadras llevándolo y subirlo un piso. Cama matrimonial (doble).No hubo respuestas a mis preguntas previas, pero Roberto estaba esperando puntualmente, con todo y que nuestro tren se retrasó 40 minutos.La zona es encantadora y el edificio histórico muy lindo.

Great location, quiet apartment

Roberto communicated with us very well throughout our stay. He provided some small refreshments for us. Great location, on a great shopping street with multiple delicious cafes and even a Michelin restaurant! Easy walk to train stations. Apartment was organized but a few things needed better cleaning
