The apartment is on a second floor with lift and features a spacious south-facing terrace, where you can sunbathe and use its practical built-in barbecue 🍖☀️.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.



Just a few steps from Luna Beach, accessible via a convenient underground passage, you can relax on the sand or enjoy local gastronomy at the nearby beach bars. Furthermore, the surroundings invite you to stroll along the Calahonda Promenade, a natural route among trees and native species 🌿🚶‍♂️.



The interior is bright and functional: a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed to accommodate up to two additional people, a fireplace with a safety door for cooler days and internet connection so you don't miss your favourite series 📺🔥. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the utensils to easily prepare your meals.



For rest, the apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and fireplace to create a cosy and romantic atmosphere, and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have enough space to store your luggage comfortably and feature external windows that provide natural light 🛏️✨.



The bathroom includes a bathtub and all the necessary elements for your comfort. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, iron, hairdryer and wifi access so that your stay is complete.



The car park is private but not assigned, so the use of spaces depends on the responsible behaviour of residents and availability is not guaranteed. If you find a free space upon arrival, you will be able to use it without any problem 🚗.
