Unit Layout

"L'Adret" is a beautifully renovated 6-room vacation rental of 300 m2, fully refurbished in 2021 with comfortable and modern furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, comprising 6 adults and 8 children, and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across multiple floors.

On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, as well as a flat-screen television and direct access to a balcony. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped for your convenience. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath and WC. A second room on this level contains 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering 4 individual sleeping spaces. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 room with 2 sets of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional bedroom with 1 french bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with bath and WC serves this floor, and electric heating ensures year-round comfort.

On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An open gallery area provides 1 additional sleeping space in the form of a sofabed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC and electric heating complete this level. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located within open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.

Amenities Included

The property is fully equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. In the kitchen, you will benefit from an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also available for your enjoyment. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost.

For laundry needs, the property includes a washing machine and a dryer. Heating is provided throughout the home via electric heating systems on the lower ground floor and the upper floor.
