Great base for island explorers

Comfortable and functional for a couple as a base and somewhere to come back to after a long day exploring Gran Canaria by car. The balcony is a morning sun trap and persuasive enough to get you out of bed to watch the most fantastic sunrises every morning. Great broadband, kitchen and bathroom facilities so ideal for any couple needing self catering and the essentials of modern life.

Very good, the location is grate!

The apartment is situated in a very good location, with a breth taking panormaic wiev. It is very well equipated, the property manager very helpful and good response. At 2' walking are supermarkets, restaurants and the beach it is in front of the apartment. Thank you!

Schöne Aussicht

Wir verbrachten die erste Woche unseres Gran Canaria-Urlaubs in dieser Wohnung, welche, direkt am Strand von Arinaga gelegen, jeden Morgen einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang bescherte. Durch die Saison hielt sich der Touristenstrom in Grenzen und es liefen nur wenige Fußgänger am Strand, so dass kein Lärm zu bemängeln ist. Die Wohnung an sich ist die Wohnung des Vermieters, welcher (soweit richtig verstanden) im Ausland lebt und seine Wohnung als Ferienwohnung vermietet. Die Übergabe fand durch ein etwas jüngeres Mädchen statt, welche uns den Schlüssel überreichte. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, aber die Sauberkeit in der Küche und dem kleineren Schlafraum ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Da anzunehmen ist, dass der Eigentümer der Wohnung längere Zeit nicht vor Ort war, ist dies zu entschuldigen. Es ist sicher empfehlenswert, die Reinigung von einem professionellen Team durchführen zu lassen. Ansonsten war alles soweit vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Im näheren Umkreis von wenigen hundert Metern befanden sich kleinere Geschäfte, so dass man sich gut versorgen konnte. Leider ließ sich auch die Musikanlage nicht in Betrieb setzen, obwohl eine umfangreiche CD-Sammlung zum Musikhören einlud.

Herrliche Lage, schöne Umgebung

Wir hatten super schöne Ferien in dieser Unterkunft. Der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer war top. Die Kommunikation hat auch super geklappt, Mark hat immer schnell auf sympathischer weise zurückgeschrieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und war eher ringhörig, ab 23 Uhr war es aber ruhig. Ich bin selber sehr Lärmempfindlich in der Nacht und ich habe gut geschlafen. Infos bez. WiFi Zugang musste nachgefragt werden denn es nicht offensichtlich war. Ein Infoblatt mit diese Infos + Ausflugsziele in der Region würde die Unterkunft noch aufwerten.

Nice apartment in cozy town with amazing view!

We enjoyed our stay very much: Arinaga with its nice promenade next to the sea might be the best place to stay on Gran Canaria for people who don't like mass tourism that much. Plenty of nice fish restaurants and ice-cream parlours are just minutes away. The apartment has the greatest view giving the impression of being in the midst of an ocean during high tide :)

very nice place

the sun comes up, out the sea right onto the Balcony every morning the apartment is excellent, and Mark left fruit and a bottle of wine. The sea is right outside, the apartment, it`s in the perfect position to explore the whole island. The shower area could be bigger, getting rid of the shower curtain would be a improvement, otherwise a very nice place

I am also a keen sportsman and love to socialise and meet new people. I have been involved in the holiday rental market for some time and jumped on this property when I saw it because of its perfect position. It would be a pleasure for me to be able to welcome you to my home in Arinaga where you will discover the other side of beach life on Gran Canaria.

I fell in love with this apartment for a number of reasons. It is in one of the few modern buildings directly on the beachfront at Arinaga, Arinaga is a really authentic beach not far from the airport but very quiet and relaxed. It is also very close to the resorts of the south whilst offering a real taste of local life on the island. In the last few years many new restaurants have opened on and around the beach which makes Arinaga a perfect place to sample real local food all within easy reach of this property.

The international wind and kite surf centre is just around the corner and the well known underwater reserve at Playa del Cabron makes this apartment for those interested in diving. The beautiful village of Santa Lucia and the spectacular cumbre de Gran Canaria is a short drive up into the hills and well worth a visit. This is also a very interesting area for those interested in mountaineering, hiking and cycling.Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all a short walk away and the long beachfront avenue takes you by sandy protected beaches, natural swimming pools and open ocean views.At the end of the promenade you will find a salt museum and picturesque bar. I am sure you will have a wonderful playa holiday in this super apartment whatever you are looking for!
