A pleasant and peaceful holiday home in a lovely forest area right next to a small lake. The cottage is located separately and beautifully embedded in the forest and with a view of the small Gårdsjön. Here you will experience the peace and quiet and the generous plot has everything you could wish for for all your family activities. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children. The older part of the cottage has a toilet. The kitchen is quite small but has all the equipment. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa and dining table. A wood-burning stove gives you pleasant warmth if the evenings are a bit chilly. There is a TV with chromecast, but no channels. The bedroom here has a double bed (140cm wide). From the living room is the exit to a spacious glazed conservatory. In a newer part of the cottage there is a large bright bedroom with two single beds and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. From the bedroom there is a large glass section with double doors. Here you wake up and fall asleep with a feeling of being in nature. From the front of the cottage you have a lovely view of the small lake. The plot is large and slightly hilly, but fenced with a fence and gate. Excellent for those on holiday with a dog. There is a very special little terrace with a lovely view of the lake. From the outside of the plot along the edge of the forest you have just a short walk to the small jetty where you can fish. The farm lake has both perch and pike. Fishing is free. There are several lovely walking paths in the forest around the cottage. The nature with its lakes is very beautiful and there is plenty of game in the rhythm, even moose are seen from time to time. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant town centre. A good selection of shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest is Wittsjö golf club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few kilometres north, at Markaryd, is the moose park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. On the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away is the beautiful town of Ängelholm with small, pleasant shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach.
