This gorgeous 4-bedroom villa leverages its Grand Cul de Sac location and treats guests to stunning views of its signature aquamarine waters. Breezes are a bonus. Configured over two levels, the master suite and two guest bedrooms that share a bath are upstairs off an additional living room. The 4th bedroom is privately housed in its own pavilion. Each is beautifully appointed with a bit of a romantic touch.

The lower level is sleek and spacious with modern and minimalist décor and, oh, those views! Alta Vista has a foodie’s dream of a kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a piano, and a TV room that can double as an office – perfect for a workstation. There is a guest bath on this level. A wealth of outdoor living and dining space includes a built-in BBQ station and a super-sized heated pool.
