Fantastic location! A quick walk to Silver Lake Lodge. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after skiing each day. The unit is nicely updated, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We will be back!

Great access to Deer Valley slopes across the street. Stein Erickson is across the street as well for some solid dining options. The propery was very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The garage parking fit our XL vehicle.We definitely want to return.

This is a very nice property. Well equipped and very convenient. It does not have air conditioning which usually isn’t a problem but on a couple of very warm days, it felt a little stuffy. The ground floor location offered easy access to the street where restaurants and activities were within easy walking distance. This property gets 5 stars from us!

The Black Bear Lodge is just across the street from a shortcut through the Auberge to the slopes. It worked out great for our teenagers. Unit owners were super easy to deal with and we would stay here again.

Great location just a short walk to the mid-mountain base area/lifts. Kids had fun in the pool/hot tubs. Beds are all comfortable and we had everything we needed. Updated bathrooms are a nice bonus too. Kitchen supplies are in good shape and all appliances worked great. We have stayed in other units at Black Bear Lodge and this has been the nicest.

Fantastic place!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location and great furniture and beds! Easy access to skiing, very clean and the explanations and information were perfect! The televisions should be updated to more modern televisions (or at least have the ability to log in streaming services), and the Wi-Fi did not work well in the bedrooms.Would most certainly stay again!

Staying at this mountain condo in Deer Valley was a magical experience, surrounded by breathtaking views and serene natural beauty. Lacrosse Tournament

This place has all the bells and whistles and more! This is by far one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. More towels than we could have asked for, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, all our kitchen needs were met, enough space for everyone to escape, everything worked, everything was spotless! We couldn’t have asked for better’s accommodations. Thank you for making it such an easy, relaxing, beautiful place to go to. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to play again in Park City, I will be looking for this place again!!! The kids LOVED it!

We came back for a second stay!

We stayed at this condo three years ago and our kids have been begging to return ever since! We used the private hot tub every night, cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the recently remodeled bathrooms. The ski lift is across the street. We like to hike up the mountain and ride the lift down for free. I can only imagine what a great location this condo is for the winter season. I'm sure we will be back in the future for another stay!

3 Minute Walk to the Silver Lake Lodge, Sterling Express High Speed Chair, and Ski Valet. Awesome furnishings, very clean, GREAT unit for family or group of friends. Easy access to Park City, but truly don't need to leave the mountain!

Just Perfect

The condo is just perfect for a family ski trip to Deer Valley. 2 minute walk to the lift/ski storage, spacious for a family, fully stocked kitchen for family meals, heated parking garage with a reserved spot when you need to go out (which is rare) and the hot tub is awesome after a day on the slopes. We’ve already stayed twice and looking forward to rebooking for next year.

Jill and I live in Chicago but love to get out to Deer Valley a few times a year for winter and summer fun. We purchased the Black Bear condo in order to make things more convenient while traveling and to provide a nice place to stay for families and groups of friends trying to do the same.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

When the locals claim to have 'the greatest snow on earth', they aren't exaggerating. We also appreciate the convenience of the condo being only a short 45 minute drive from the SLC airport. And then there is the whole Deer Valley experience; from the meticulously groomed trails to the outstanding service on the mountain, you get spoiled quickly when you ski Deer Valley.

We chose to buy a condo in Black Bear Lodge because of :
1. The location in Silver Lake Village. It's such a serene little escape mid-mountain yet just a short drive to all there is to do on Main Street and other locations in Park City.
2. Proximity to the slopes. Walk out the door of the condo and in just 250 steps, you are at the Silver Lake lift.
3. The amenities of the Lodge. Black Bear is a great place to stay. It has underground/heated parking, a fitness room, and heated swimming pool (in addition to the condo's own private hot tub), barbecue grill, etc. Another important aspect is the attention to detail by the property manager. The property is always kept clean and in good repair.

この宿泊施設の特徴

While it is a very comfortable place for an all adult group to stay, it was furnished with families in mind. The bunk beds and TV in the second bedroom make it a great place for kids to hang out after a day on the slopes while mom and dad relax in front of the fire. We also like that our unit is is on ground level. This allows kids to play outside in the grassy area and trees bordering the patio AND, there's no lugging heavy ski equipment up the stairs!

Having three full baths is a real advantage for large groups as there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready at the same time.

We've tried to add all of the conveniences necessary for our guests to feel that the condo is a home away from home during their time in Deer Valley. We have furnished the kitchen with the utensils, appliances and basic ingredients needed to cook meals, laundry supplies are furnished as are some common toiletries - just in case there was something you forgot to pack. The comfort and convenience of our guests' is our primary concern.
