Construction Updates
Please be advised that the resort is undergoing enhancements to the Activities Center as well as villa refurbishment in select buildings. This work is taking place Sept. 2026 to Nov. 2026, and again from Apr. 2027 to Jun. 2027. Please anticipate construction noise and intermittent closures of elevators during this time.

Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
NO PETS ALLOWED

General Property Updates
On-site parking with a fee daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for one vehicle Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

No on-site parking is available for oversized vehicles.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Incoming Packages are available for pickup in the lobby upon delivery. All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight. The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery. If shipping through USPS please include our PO Box 4109 on the shipping label.

Storage: Front Desk will store all incoming packages for 10 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of. Please do not ship your items prior to 7 days before your arrival date or they will not be accepted.

Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Front Office team -a $5 fee will apply to all outgoing packages.

Grocery Storage: There will be no handling fees for groceries. The resort will hold delivery for 24 hours before disposing of items. Perishable items are not guaranteed cold storage as space is limited
