Modernised and spacious family home.

Summary:
A fully modernised and renovated family home with spacious accommodation for holiday makers or business travellers. Beautifully presented throughout with large garden and private parking. Local attractions include Blaise Castle Estate and Kingsweston House. Just a short drive along the Portway, passing under the famous Clifton suspension bridge takes you to the heart of the City, with all its many attractions including the International balloon fiesta and Festival of the Seas.

The Space:
The whole house is yours to enjoy. There is a spacious lounge with study area plus a sun room at the rear. We have a large fully equipped kitchen with all you could need. Downstairs WC, large garden and parking. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and 2 singles. We have a Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from the main bedroom and landing.
We have secure parking at the rear of the property and further on street parking is freely available. The garden is yours to enjoy - please watch any children near the pond.

The Neighborhood:
Local attractions include Blaise Castle Estate and Kingsweston House. Just a short drive along the Portway, passing under the famous Clifton suspension bridge takes you to the heart of the City, with all its many attractions including the International balloon fiesta and Festival of the Seas.
The property is located near to the M4 and M5 junctions so is an ideal base for exploring the Southwest.

Getting Around:
We are minutes from J18 of the M5.

Great house for a family

We were 4 adults and an 18 month old toddler. The house was clean and spacious, with cot and highchair available. 5 minutes walk to local shops and a park, very handy!

Lovely clean spacious property

Well maintained, clean house with lots of space to relax in and well situated for access to Bristol without having to stay in the hustle of the city. We were glad of the private parking space as the road outside was usually too full to park on. The beautiful garden and amazing mural on the wall were a lovely extra, and check in/out was a nice easy process.

Clean property, ideal for families

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was quite near the city center, near bus stops if needed. More local information would have been helpful in the property. Only being able to use the back door wasn't a problem as we parked the car at the rear. The wifi info given is incorrect, the correct password was easily found on the wifi box.Some areas in the property were a bit tired, although the overall decor was ok.

Wonderful short stay

We all had a lovely time at this property and would definitely stay here again! It was easy to get to, everything was easy to use, and the host clearly communicated all the information we needed to know for our stay before the trip. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfy, both bathrooms were spotless, the living room was a great communal space, the garden was beautiful with lovely simple outdoor seating, and the kitchen had every appliance we needed. Our only critic would be that there was only 1 fork at the property. Thank you!

Wunderbares Haus im Bristoler Vorort

Das Haus war sehr sauber und großzügig. Mit allem eingerichtet, was notwendig ist. Bettzeug, Handtücher, Spülmittel etc. waren reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus hatte einen kleinen, sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief reibungslos und sehr professionell .vor Ort gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Pups und Restaurants. Bristol war sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet und hatte einen netten englischen Touch. Wir können sowohl das Haus als auch Bristol sehr empfehlen. Das Haus war für die Gegend und die Ausstattung sogar recht. Preiswert. Bristol ist eine wunderbare Stadt, die sehr lebendig und abwechslungsreich ist. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten.
