We absolutely loved the location, it was so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the lovely summer weather. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property itself was cosy and comfortable, the games and puzzles were a big hit. It should be noted that the stairs are quite steep should there be any mobility issue. The two storey apartment was ideally located for visits to both Bristol and Bath. Being a three generation group, we enjoyed the park next door with it's riverside walk and children's playground. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

Our need for accommodation was for 3-6 people, most travelling long distances, for a university reunion. In the end we only had 3 which allowed a bedroom each. The flat is very comfortable and well laid out, such that it could have accommodated all 6 without being too snug. All the furniture and decoration is tidy and there’s nothing that’s old, faded or broken. The location is fantastic, being just off the end of the Keynsham High Street but also a green area and river. It’s very quiet with no passing traffic, and with the flat being elevated there’s good views all round.

Very comfortable stay at Dapps Hill. Keynsham A wonderful place to stay, overlooking the Chew River and Keynsham Park, quiet with easy access to the high street. Visit BONZOs restaurant at any time for a relaxing drink or meal, and great atmosphere.

The Perfect Stay

The property had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The location is great; right next to a park and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Kath was an incredible host, with great communication prior and during our stay which made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect quiet getaway

The property was lovely, really clean and laid out nicely for a group getaway. The digital guidebook was so helpful, even giving us suggestions for things to do nearby, and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. Our host Kath was just lovely, kept in contact to make sure there were no issues (there weren't- everything was perfect!) and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, we couldn't have asked for anything more!
