Beautiful house in the heart of Rome 20meters from Piazza Venezia/Trevi Fountain

My home is brand new, recently renovated, extremely comfortable, located on the fourth floor with an elevator, and very bright.

It consists of two large bedrooms with two large double beds, plus an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. There are also two spacious bathrooms.

Each double bedroom has its own renovated private bathroom, fully equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. You will also enjoy a beautiful living area with a large dining table and a brand-new modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you may need.

You will find an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, wine glasses, and linens for the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

The entire home is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The building also has an elevator.

All the historical beauties of Rome can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. I have been a host for many years.

From your windows, you will be able to admire the rooftops of Rome.

Inside my home, you will find every comfort, and I will be at your disposal for any need you may have.

We look forward to welcoming you with love.

This property was very nice and very clean. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and replied with any questions very quickly. The location was excellent for walking many places, especially to the Trevi fountain.

Our stay here was just as we hoped for! The location was perfect, check in was seamless and Maria and her assistant responded within minutes if we had any questions or concerns and offered very helpful advice as first time visitors to Rome. Would def stay here again and will def recommend to anyone we know heading to that area.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything our family of four needed, including very good AC, which was most welcome. The location was fantastic, in the heart of central Rome. We were able to walk to major sights, including the Colosseum and the Forum, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. There was an abundance of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. And the host and concierge were very responsive, helpful and welcoming. Would give this a hearty recommendation.

Property is just as advertised. Amazing location - we walked everywhere. Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum. As a previous commenter stated the layout is unique. For our family it was fine, but you do have to go through one bedroom from the other to get to the kitchen/living space so you need to be comfortable with the people you travel with. Host communicated well and met us at the property, allowing us to check in early. Would definitely stay here the next time I am in Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Rome and experience the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed during our stay.After long days of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to a place that felt comfortable and relaxing. This place was absolutely fabulous! The owners were fantastic — they communicated quickly, were extremely helpful throughout our stay, and even assisted us in securing transportation to the airport. Check-in was seamless. The apartment felt brand new, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything needed for a longer stay. The location was outstanding as well — only about a 5–10 minute walk to the major historic sites and attractions, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

Maria was the BEST host! She was very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was centrally located and we walked everywhere. The apartment was quiet and spacious. We would rent the same place in a heartbeat when we go back to Rome. We would highly recommend this rental!!!!

My boys and I spent a week here for spring break and we had a wonderful stay. I have been to Rome numerous times and this is the best location I have stayed. Everything is within easy walking distance and a couple grocery stores and restaurants within a couple blocks. Maria was extremely responsive and set up transportation to and from the airport for us. I highly recommend!!!

Great location. Ac and heat was very good and it had an elevator! The team was very accommodating and pleasant. 2 wonderdul baths with washer machine and all the appliances. You should know you have to go thru one bedroom to get to the other bedroom.

The flat is exactly as described. Very clean, all is new. Perfect location, all major hot spots are close by. Plenty of dinning opportunity. My family will stay there again the next time. The owner is very nice and also helped with arranging transport from / to airport.

Beautiful apartment, Great Location

Great place for a family of four-two sleeping areas and two full bathrooms. Air conditioning, washer and amazing location. Property owners were incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. Location is great! We were able to walk colesseum, spanish steps, trevi fountain, pantheon and even walked to vatican. Also close to train and bus stops. Highly recommend.

Exceptional stay! The location is unbeatable – centrally located to all the major sites (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon all within walking distance. The immediate area is bustling with restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.The apartment is spotless, modern, and comfortable with beautiful high ceilings that create an airy, spacious feel. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and both bathrooms are large and modern – a huge plus for our group. Note: the second bedroom requires passing through the first bedroom to access the kitchen or leave, but this wasn't an issue for us.Maria Linda was an outstanding host – extremely responsive and even arranged airport transportation. Check-in was smooth and flexible.Highly recommended – would absolutely stay again!

The second bedroom has to come through the first bedroom to exit their room. This wasn't a problem for us, as we were traveling with family. The hosts were gracious and very kind and hospitable. It was odd to have only one set of towels per person for our week long stay, but that too worked out.

Location. Location. Location. Can't be beat. Bathrooms are large and modern. Elevator available. Restaurants at the doorstep. Air cinditioning was excellent. Note two things: the kitchen and table are minimalist, but sufficient. While each of the two bedrooms has direct access to a private bathroom, the occupants of the second bedroom must pass through the first bedroom to access the kitchen or exit the unit. It worked for us.
