Too many things broken and steepest stairwell ever. Very very old and ugly area.

Having to discuss/take video several times over 30 minutes on the phone to prove the electronic access was broken was unfortunate. We then had to wait for a key access. They could have told us to go have dinner but no we had to wait 90 minutes for 2 young ladies to take the bus to bring us a key. Once in the room, we noticed it was hot and only fans for the rooms. (No windows in the rooms) in the living room one of the two windows hinges was broken. The espresso machine was broken. The drain in shower overflowed. Many locals seem very unhappy with VRBO travelers. No warm welcome at all from anyone anywhere. The streets are very old, dirty and full of cigarette butts. The noise from the electric tram on the street noise and cafe below added to the ambiance!
