コンドミニアムには、3つのベッドルーム、追加の屋外シャワー付きの1つのバスがあります。 非常に大きなバックデッキ-素晴らしいエンターテイメントエリア！ 洗濯機、乾燥機、屋外グリル、wifi、ケーブルテレビ。 2台分の駐車。 借家人は年々戻ってきて、この家族の別荘がどれほど便利で、ここに滞在するのがどれだけ好きかをいつも言います。 ビーチから戻って、休憩、シャワー、食事、そしてまた戻ってきたり、ロングビーチ島で夕食や楽しみに出かけましょう。

クイーンベッド2台とツインベッド2台。 自分のシーツ、毛布、タオルを持参してください。

土曜日から土曜日のレンタル。最低1週間。 禁煙。 申し訳ありませんが、ペットはいりません。

Great house close to the beach.

Everything my family needed for a weeks stay in LBI. House is walking distance to beach, food and many shops. Great porch with a breeze and deck in the back with grill. Very nice.

nice place- great location

Comfortable living room furniture and beds, nice porch and backyard. Bedrooms are tight and little closet/storage space for luggage etc. all clean and nicely decorated. Can't beat convenient location to all, plus the beach! If you want loads of privacy- this isn't it...it is very close to all neighbors unfortunately...(but it is a nice area and not really party central -so it was ok.). We were pleased overall.

Wonderful house!

Very welcoming cute house. You couldn't beat the close access to the beach. I think the house could use a bit of modernizing, but overall, it was perfect for our needs!

Awesome Location

Terrific house that was clean, well maintained and terrific location. Not only super close to the beach but close to restaurants and mini golf. We will definitely be booking for years to come.

Perfect place by the beach

We could not have asked for a better experience. House was exactly what our family needed. Walking distance to everything. Great outdoor space and very spacious interior. Even mailed back a few personal belongings when we realized we left them. Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic location

Really have to rave about the location! Walking distance to the beach was awesome, and just a short walk to multiple restaurants, an arcade, mini golf, coffee shops, etc. We also loved the big family room area, I read several books from their shelf, appreciated the large "pantry" unit, and used the front deck quite a few times. Did I mention the location? Seriously, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location 4 houses from the beach. House was exactly as described, clean and roomy. We’ll definitely be returning.

LBI beach vacation

Overall our family had a very nice stay at this beach house, being just four houses from the shore. The property was very close to a small grocery/convenient store, restaurants, mini golf and the main grocery store, Acme, located in beach haven was a little more of a hike. The house was tidy, but found that it needed some major updating and cleaning esp. in kitchen area The kitchen was difficult to work in due to lack of counter space, but the inside of the cabinets have not been cleaned in a long time- so this makes for you not wanting to use any glasses/dishes. We don’t feel that a rental has to be brand new by any means, but don’t want to feel that we should wash the dishes before using. Also, being the kitchen is small, one of the drawers was filled with the owners tools.

Hello Suzanne, I have received your review and am sorry this has happened. We have never had this experience before. We had contracted a new cleaning service for the maintenance and cleaning of our home and had a serious problem with them. For the first time ever, due to the coronavirus scare, we were unable to make it there to do the cleaning ourselves and oversee the additional services needed. We have since replaced them with a very highly recommended company used by others on the island and we are quite confident everything should be up to your standards should you decide to visit us again. Cute comfortable house

The house was comfortable, clean and a quick walk to the beach, only three houses. Nice sized outdoor shower and three good sized bedrooms. Huge rear deck and a front sitting porch. My family really enjoyed staying here.

Great clean spot close to the beach

House was exactly as described. Very clean. Owners were communicative, accommodating, and helpful. Honestly, I'm worried that if I'm honest about how nice the house is then I'll have a hard time booking it for next year, which I intend on doing.

Cute beach house!

We had a great time at this home. It was really close to the beach, restaurants, and mini golf. The playground was a short scooter/bike ride away. We loved having an outside shower and a line to hang our towels and bathing suits on to dry. The back patio deck was ample. We enjoyed the front porch and the street was relatively quiet for being so close to the beach. The kids loved having Netflix so they could watch movies early in the morning before we hit the beach. The only opportunity area we saw was for beach tags to be available for the guests since the house is so close to the beach.
