Our location puts you in North Surf City, on a quiet street, with great restaurants, coffee houses, awesome produce, meats & cheese shops a short walk away!

Inside, enjoy the fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable living area with a large flatscreen TV, WIFI, a full bath, and 2 bedrooms, each boasting a Full sized bed, even bed linens and bath towels!

And 4 Beach Chairs plus 4 Surf City Season beach badges! Plus, for guests staying over 7 nights a Washer & Dryer are available!

You're sure to love staying at Ginny's Bayside apartment and the peaceful neighborhood that only North Surf City offers. Sorry, NO pets.

Nice little property that is just as advertised, in a quiet little pocket of Surf City, and walkable to lots of good places. Very convenient and the whole area very pleasant. Ginny may be a new favorite host of ours.

My husband and I booked a last minute vacation with our two young boys. This place was exactly what we needed. It was a great location - close to the bay, the beach and shops. Not to mention that Ginny was a phenomenal host. We left feeling like family. Would highly recommend.

My husband, daughter and I were very happy with our stay. Ginny is a great hostess, it’s like staying with your favorite aunt. This 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean and had all essentials. Only a short walk to beach as described. If we needed anything, Ginny was at the ready. Easy off street parking. Thanks again, Ginny!

Lovely Experience

The house was very clean and cozy. It fit the needs of my wife, daughter, and our two friends perfectly. The location was perfect and was a nice walk to the beach. Ginny was a pleasure and very accommodating. Would recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Ginny's place--super clean, comfortable and perfectly located for a weekend away with a small group. Ginny and Randy were super accommodating and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. We would certainly recommend to anyone looking to spend time on LBI.

September at the Beach!

My mom and I wanted to head down to LBI post-Labor day for some end of summer beach time and had a wonderful stay at Ginny's place. The location is right by the bay and an easy walk/drive to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Ginny and Randy were very friendly and responsive via text and in person. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful place to rent, Ginny's place is perfect for your next trip to LBI. Thank you, Ginny, for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Last Minute Getaway

My parents & I couldn’t have asked for more from Ginny’s place & Ginny herself! After having a rough year this home provided us with the much needed beach escape we all needed, walkable to everything, clean, & with all the amenities we required and then some! Ginny herself was so sweet & went above & beyond to accommodate us when she didn’t need to. Thank you Ginny, you cannot know how needed & restorative our visit was for our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts :)

Easy quaint beach spot!!!!

Our stay at Ginny’s was honestly perfect. We were able to check in a little bit earlier than expected, Ginny met us and we were able to chat for a little bit and get acquainted with the place. The place was perfect, beautiful outdoor deck, two decent sized bedrooms, amazing and strong air conditioning, and any amenities that we needed for the beach were available for us to use. Outdoor shower available for us as well as an inside bathroom. Just too short blocks from the beach. Honestly, such a perfect place for four adults, perfect spot for our girls weekend!!! we will definitely be back. Thanks again. :)

The perfect little getaway

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The property is accurately represented online. The space was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and as the Mom of a food allergy kiddo I was so happy to be able to prepare meals easily. It was an easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed several walks to local restaurants and shops. The apartment got a beautiful breeze and our host Ginny was one in a million. With little kids the outdoor shower was a bonus. We are already planning our next stay!

I would not recommend. The advertising was misleading. In July I had asked for rental agreement to review. I was sent a printout of rules. No signatures… Our daughter was diagnosed and admitted for Leukemia treatment days before our vacation. We are devastated. I reached out to the owner to cancel and send the hospital paperwork. I was told NO refund at all. Not a nice owner or person!!!

Joy’s situation is definitely sad, however her request to cancel took place on the afternoon of her arrival day AND while a refund was not offered a FULL CREDIT was offered for any future date. And even with her misleading review, Ginny stands by the offer to host Joy’s family as was presented to Joy. Our heart goes out to her family and we hold no hard feelings at all. We DO look forward to having Joy and family enjoy our place when they can. Sincerely Randy & Ginny
