We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and we want to address the concerns you raised. Regarding the leaking water, when you reported the issue, we promptly sent a handyman to inspect the situation. It was determined that the plumbing system requires only one appliance to be used at a time to prevent leaks. As for the towels, our cleaning team did replace them during your stay, leaving them on a bench at the entrance as the villa was unoccupied at the time. We are sorry if this wasn’t clearly communicated, which led to the belief that fresh towels were not provided. Concerning the pool towels, as a self-catering property, we inform guests in advance that they need to bring their own pool towels. We regret that the issues with the safe and exterior door were not reported during your stay, as we would have addressed these concerns immediately if informed. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and we hope that despite these issues, you were able to enjoy some aspects of your holidays.
