Serena Vista’s cliffside location offers incredible views across the picturesque bay on Ibiza’s beautiful east coast. It is a serene and peaceful location, but less than one kilometre from the popular golden sands of Cala Llonga and midway between the buzz of Ibiza town and the popular resort of Santa Eulàlia des Riu.



Serena Vista’s sprawling gardens are surrounded by forested hillsides of scented pine and offer a wealth of spaces to chill and relax. The large infinity pool enjoys a magnificent view of sparkling sea and is surrounded by a pristine terrace lined with loungers. Alongside, another terrace with two daybeds makes the most of the Sol den Serra view.



Beside the house, a shaded terrace offers soft sofa seating and a shaded al-fresco dining table, seating 10. Across the lawn, another al-fresco lounge space sits under a sail-like awning to create the perfect chill-out space. With this plethora of outside spaces, you can be as peaceful or as sociable as you like.



The interiors are a charming blend of Ibizan chic and mid-century style, bathed in natural light from the sliding doors onto the terrace which make the most of the incredible sea views. The split-level living space is divided into two zones, each with cosy sofa seating and quirky art pieces. The same open-plan living space is also home to a dining table, seating six.



A further interior dining space can be found in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the shaded terrace with al-fresco dining table.



The cream, stone and natural wood interiors continue into the bedrooms and bathrooms which all enjoy wonderful views of the pine-clad hillsides or the sea.



Each of the five double bedrooms has a lounge space and all are en-suite. One of the ground-floor double rooms has access to a private outdoor area. Here, hammocks are strung between shady olive and lush fig trees, for a private chill-out space.



Another ground-floor room opens onto the pool terrace, while the bedrooms on the upper floor enjoy private terraces with amazing sea views. The terrace of the master bedroom is particularly generous; a private space in which you can delight in Serena Vista’s glittering sea views.
