Villa Cleco is a comfortable 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom private detached villa located near to the resort of Coral Bay and its renowned sandy beach. The location of the villa is within a short drive of supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, including some of the finest Chinese, Italian, Tex-Mex, and Cypriot restaurants in Paphos. Every thought has gone into making this villa an appealing and welcoming accommodation for up to 6 persons. The villa is very well furnished and equipped and includes high speed wi fi, UK and SKY TV channels, and high end furnishings throughout.
The ground floor offers a spacious lounge and dining area with modern fully fitted kitchen which includes all the required appliances, a ground floor guest cloak room, two ground floor bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with full sized en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
The first floor offers the master double bedroom which also offers air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes, and a full sized en-suite bathroom. This bedroom offers access to two private balconies with glorious sea views.
Outdoors, there is a shaded outdoor dining area which is accessed from the kitchen and is equipped with barbecue facilities, a shaded outdoor lounge area, both overlooking the fantastic 5m x 10m pool and beautifully maintained mature gardens. Please note, this villa shares images with it's identical sister villas that are part of the same complex.
