10/10 Great Villa , Great views We found the Villa without issue from the instructions provided it’s at the end of a cul de sac no road noise just the sound of the waves 24/7.The Villa was great it was alarmed with electronic shutters on the windows for extra security when we weren’t in with a safe in 1 of the bedrooms, there’s off street parking for 3 cars.There’s a down stairs bedroom and 2 upstairs all with individual remote controlled A/C units with a further unit downstairs in the lounge The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven , hob washing machine and dish washer so ideal for our stay and needs Once your outside that’s what you have come for , the view and setting is to die for well worth it, you can never get used to the sounds and the view.Felix and Lisa were easily contactable if needed and even had local discounts for restaurants and activities so well worth asking about When we were there the pool was like bath water and well maintained, the pool man was great to speak to, really knew his stuff and took pride in his work The strip is only 10 mins walk away and no issue for the 5 of us which included my 75 yr old dad. The kids had the upstairs twin room and said the beds squeaked when rolling over so may be something to look at changing but the main bedroom had a lovely tempur mattress which was faultless We all had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat 10/10

We spent a wonderful week at the villa. The location was fantastic, really quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket within the 5 min walk but we had a car and drove to the large Philippos supermarket which was one of the best supermarkets I have been to on my holidays- a wide selection of products plus a great deli, meat/fish counters and bakers. The view from the terrace and balconies was fantastic, and it was lovely to sit and listen to the waves. The villa had everything we needed and it was well stocked with condiments etc. We appreciated there being enough spare toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets as sometimes these are not left making it pointless to have a dishwasher. The bedrooms were comfy and it was a luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. A generous welcome pack was included (one of the best I have had!). The communication with Lisa was fantastic, and she was always happy to answer my questions. There was also a lot of information provided in the villa.The discount card was genuine, saving us money on the waterpark, boat trips and restaurants. A lovely stay, and a good first impression of Cyprus. Thank you.

Lovely stay, lovely villa

Enjoyed our time in the villa. We stayed for two weeks and had a late flight home, Lisa allowed us to have a late check out and booked our taxi to and from airport which is much appreciated!There was a welcome pack upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Area is fab! So close to the strip and coral bay but still quiet!

Loved this villa !!! Amazing stay.

This is the first time we used a villa as opposed to a hotel and will never look back. It was bigger than we thought it would be, pictures don’t do it justice. Short walk to the strip to eat out everyday, its location is perfect. Quite a steep slope to walk up but gets your exercise in for the day. It has all the luxuries from home making it so comfortable. I will definitely book again.

Location is fabulous

What a find, as close to the sea as you can possible get, the villa is in an absolutely perfect location. Amenities close by, although a steep climb is at the start, it quickly turns into a gentle climb up to the main strip. The car hire company U2 recommended by lisa was a perfect addition to our holiday, Napoleon and his son Androis were so helpful and made the actual process so easy, the courtesy escort to the villa was a god send as we didnt land in paphos til after 12.30am. As we were here in march quite a few of the restaurants were closed but the ones we tried served extremely good food, phils and the mexican, the steaks were delicious. Bottle of wine were roughly 18, t bone much the same. The beach at coral bay is lovely, think they were doing abit maintenance when we visited it, tons of new sand waiting to be put down. I would certainly recommend the villa for the price, great value with the location alone.

Timeren til bassenget var i stykker slik at pumpa ikke gikk. Vi måtte selv kontakte ansvarlig for bassenget. Han ordnet raskt opp. Vi hadde heller ikke varmt vann. Etter noen dager ble det reparert. Grytidlig hver morgen kom det flokker med fugl på bassengområdet. De skeit til flisene slik at vi hver dag måtte vaske grundig.

Fabulous Views

If rest, relaxation and fabulous views are what you are looking for - this is perfect. Lovely quiet area. Villa is somewhat dated and needs modernising - but that said has everything in it you could want. With just a short walk into the town with lots of nice restaurants to choose from. We would definitely return to Coral Bay.

Great Views In A Fantastic Location

An honest review We have just come back from a week spent at the Villa Sunrise and have had a lovely stay. Communication with Lisa has been great any questions we asked they were answered quickly and bonus of a late departure was given which was a nice touch for us. We were greeted with a welcome pack which had the essentials milk, bread etc again a nice touch when you have been travelling all day. The location of the villa is perfect walking distance from the strip which hosts lots of places to eat, drink and shop. The view from the poolside is lovely and so very peaceful watching the waves crash on the rocks. The villa itself is spacious and has air con throughout. The beds in the master bedroom and twin room have comfortable mattresses however the twin beds squeak every time you move which is quite loud and the master bedroom frame had a part missing which we found in a drawer. The villa has an open plan lounge/ dining area which were both comfortable although looking a little tired, sofas are not very comfortable and the light over the table only partially works. The kitchen has a washer, dishwasher and fridge freezer and is spacious. However we used the kitchen a lot for mealtimes and there were things that let it down, tie backs coming out of the wall for the curtains, toaster does not work unless you hold it down, oven shelf is missing a part so every time you take something out it falls not good when you are cooking dinner, the plates and cups are very mis matc

Fantastic!

We’ve just spent a week in this stunning Villa. I’m certainly going to miss waking up to that sea view. Villa is beautiful and close to the coral Bay strip (5 minute walk). Lots of lovely restaurants and a large supermarket that has everything you’ll need. The host was really lovely. Such a fantastic holiday. Thank you ☺️

Just returned from an AMAZING stay. Host was REALLY supportive and helpful throughout. Had couple of issues whilst there ( flight delay, fuse blown etc) and Lisa / Felix swiftly helped without fuss. Nice touch on 10% off at local restaurants. Villa was AWESOME! Its front line, in a great location and has an amazing view (best I have seen seen), sea (20mtr away), main strip (5mins walk to bars and restaurant) and supermarket (10mins walk). Villa is large, lovely (better than pictures), clean inside and well stocked (welcome pack) The only negative point was that the upstairs outdoor terrace would have benefited from clean before we arrived (quite abit of bird poop) but this didn’t detract from our stay. We stayed with our 2 boys who are both over 18 and would love to return ………

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful holiday, the booking process was straightforward, Lisa is an excellent host, answering any booking query promptly and efficiently, and so helpful from providing a welcome pack, booking airport transfers, an easy key collection and accommodating a later checkout time. We didn't need to contact Lisa while we were there because everything was good but I have no doubt that if there had been any issue it would of been resolved effectively and quickly.

Stunning sea views

Hosts were very helpful and attentive from booking, answering all questions, responses during our stay and arranging transport to and from the villa. Access to and around the villa is a challenge for those with mobility issues, especially the stairs down to the lounge that have no handrails. We needed to rely on taxis at times during our stay for our elderly parents as there is a steep slope from the main road to the villa and local facilities are at least a 20 minute walk for those with walking aids. Safety around the pool was also a concern as the floor is very slippery when wet and uneven levels and lose tiles make trip hazards for the very young and elderly. The beds were very comfortable and it is a very quiet and beautiful location on the seafront. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks!

Well equipped villa with great views

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The views are simply amazing! The pool was also really nice and very clean. We appreciated the little welcome package in the fridge and were pleasantly surprised about how well the villa was equipped.The owner provided tons of stuff that is often missing from holiday homes such as laundry detergent, tin foil, toilet paper and so on. Our room had a nice and firm matress, which was a plus for us. There are restaurants in walking distance which was convenient. While we stayed there it was usually quiet since you only have two neighbours. Check-In and communication was easy and friendly. The one thing we minded about this place was that it was not kept in great shape. It was not super clean and a lot of things (chair cushions, umbrella) were stained.

All in all we had a lovely holiday. The only down full was the party's going on around us, but that was no fault of the villa where we stayed. We would go back again, loved the area.

Amazing views

Amazing views the villa catered for all the pool was well used as weather was amazing! Hosts was easy to talk to and reach if needed all in all amazing place slight down fall the little hill leading down to the villa other than that amazing very happy will return next year.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 15 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
