We inform you that check-in takes place in our offices in Portoferraio. If you have different needs, you can contact our customer service. We will contact you within 24 hours of arrival with arrival details.

The last 50 meters of access to the property are pedestrian only, it is not possible to access them by car.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.
Four-room apartment - 6/8 beds
First floor apartment with independent entrance. The property is on two levels; on the first level there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen; from the kitchen, crossing a covered terrace with partial sea view (furnished with table and chairs) and climbing a few more steps, you enter the second level which consists of a double bedroom with partial sea view and ceiling fan as well as two other bedrooms with beds double (joinable), bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (applied to groups of guys - children are welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
