Bright Beautiful Modern 2 Bed Home Pass The Keys

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located recently renovated 2 bedroom home originally built in the 1800s. Located within a 5-minute walk of the bustling Mill Road, Cambridge which has a wide variety of supermarkets, butchers, coffee shops and local restaurants.
There is a small private garden accessible via bi-fold glass doors which open from the fully equipped kitchen into the garden. All in all a modern and very comfortable small home.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Remote check in via a key safe. Please monitor your inbox for communication from my property management team. You will receive a PDF guest manual and PDF key instructions approximately a week before your arrival. The code for the key safe will be sent 24 hours before arrival.
