Please be aware that the owner occasionally makes use of the attic space, which is accessed through a private external entrance at the side of the house. Their utility room is located on the ground floor with its own access. While the entrance is near the kitchen area, both spaces are completely separate from the main house, ensuring that your privacy and comfort will not be disturbed during your stay.
