Torre San Giovanniでは、美しい白い砂浜（砂浜 - ココリドピネータなど）の美しいビーチから徒歩わずかです。 沿岸道路のモッカソ地区にあるGallipoli-Leucaは、新しく改装された1階の110㎡の一戸建て住宅です。中に6つの駐車スペース、80㎡の広い屋外スペース、庭園があり、お子様やペットに最適です。 家には2つの異なる道路から2つの入り口があります。
Gallipoli leucaと平行な1本の私道
海に直接通じる2つの二次道路。
家には2つの寝室、浴室、広い玄関ホール、台所およびベランダがあり、そしてすべてのエアコン、3つの自転車を完備していて、裏ポーチに友人とあなたのバーベキューのための暖炉があります。

Sandstrandvilla

We had a nice stay. The house is close to the beach, you can park right at the beach. We have been here in the off season, so it was not crowded. In the small village the bars had already open so we could enjoy a good coffee and some gelato. We really enjoyed. The apartment was new renovated and had everything you need to have a pleasant stay.

Lovely bright, airy, spotlessly clean villa in a great location.

We have just spent 10 days staying at Sandy Lido. Firstly to say that Gianni and Adele were great hosts with excellent communication. We were embarrassed that our Italian is so poor but managed with the help of Google translate, our hosts were very understanding. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The villa is well located to the beautiful local beaches and the town of San Giovanni, a short bike ride or walk away. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no WiFi but this did not make our stay any less enjoyable. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Ce logementEst très confortable et très propre. La terrasse avec la cheminée barbecue est super agréable pour tous les repas et pour se prélasser.La cuisine comporte assez d’assiettes mais pour essuyer la vaisselle, deux torchons ridicules de 30 cm/50 cm. Heureusement j’en ai emportés. Pas de bouilloire électrique, pas de micro-ondes, pas de cafetière électrique, pas de grille pain. Pas d’aspirateur, pas de grand couteau juste le couteau à pain, pas de grands bols et nous avons dû acheter deux verres à pied pour notre vin, car il n’y a que des verres à eau. Une planchette à découper vieille et peu engageante qui devrait être remplacée. Et les poêles Tefal vieilles, avec le Téflon complètement gratté… Il faudrait vraiment faire un effort et remplacer beaucoup de choses vieilles et usées.Dans les chambres, literies très confortables mais des draps housse qui ne tiennent pas sur les matelas. Et pas une seule couverture. Moi qui suis frileuse, vers le matin j’avais un peu froid. Heureusement que nous n’étions que deux, j’ai pu chercher le drap du deuxième lit.La salle de bain est spacieuse et parfaite, la douche est grande et fonctionne bien.La douche extérieure est hors d’usage, on ne savait pas pourquoi.Alors si vous prévoyez d’emporter toutes ces choses qui pourraient vous manquer, rien à dire, le logement est propre et confortable et les propriétaires très gentils et accueillants.

Ottima qualità/prezzo/posizione

La nostra vacanza di famiglia in questa casa è stata fantastica. Attrezzatissima la cucina con un frigo veramente capiente, la veranda con tavolo e tv in esterno per le nostre colazioni, pranzi e cene uno spettacolo.Anche camere e bagno dotate di ogni confort ( ventilatori a soffitto, utilizzati nelle notti di caldo senza aria..).Posizione della casa perfetta sia per il paese di ugento, per la spesa che per la magnifica spiaggia di torre san giovanni.. Se dovessimo tornare, sicuramente questa casa sarebbe al primo posto. Grazie anche ai proprietari pronti a soddisfare i nostri desideri e a consigliarci pizzerie, spiagge e feste del paesi.. grazie mille ancora.

Torre San Giovanni - Ugento-

Abitazione che ha rispettato tutte le aspettative, descrizione coerente con la realtà. Molto comoda la terrazza sul retro della casa sia per la colazione, sia per il pranzo e la cena ( è sempre riparata dal sole). La posizione della casa è sulla strada che conduce al mare, non dista molto dalla spiaggia ( tra le più belle della zona) ma è comunque consigliabile utilizzare la macchina. Torre San Giovanni e poi vicina a Gallipoli, a Santa Maria di Leuca, e un po' più in là a Lecce e Otranto. Per quanto riguarda i proprietari, Gianni e Adele, si sono dimostrate persone disponibili a risolvere, nell'immediato, ogni tipo di situazione legata alla casa. Pertanto 5 stelle meritate. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità. Paolo .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft unweit vom Strand

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Die Vermieter sprechen zwar kein deutsch oder englisch, aber dank einer Übersetzungsapp ist das heute zutage kein Problem mehr. Bei Ankunft wurden uns alle wichtigen Details zum Ferienhaus erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr sind genug vorhanden. Es stehen sogar drei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 min. einfach die Straße runter. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub mit 2 Hunden

Der Empfang von Adele und Giovanni war sehr herzlich.Obwohl weder wir italienisch noch die Beiden deutsch sprechen war eine Verständigung per Handy sehr gut. Uns wurden alle wichtigen Details des Ferienhauses erklärt und gezeigt.Zum Ferienhaus selbst, es verfügt genau wie auf den Bildern über Terrassen auf der Forder- und Rückseite. Es ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Naja, wir vermissten Liegen, bzw. Liegestühle. Aber das ist jetzt Jammern auf höchstem Niveau!!!Kurz gesagt, wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus und seine herzlichen Besitzer absolut empfehlen.Danke an Adele und Giovanni

2 settimane meravigliose.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane nella struttura. La casa è ben arredata e con spazi ampi, il giardino posteriore fa molto comodo a chi come me ha dei cani. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e discreti. Nella casa c'erano a disposizione delle biciclette con cui si poteva raggiungere tranquillamente la spiaggia. Il mare è probabilmente il più bello di tutto il Salento. Torneremo

Vacanza tranquilla

Struttura esattamente come descritta, non manca nulla e i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Per raggiungere le spiagge ottimo andarci in bicicletta o in auto a soli 5 minuti e lo consiglio A piedi è raggiungibile comunque, ma la strada è tutta sotto il sole.

Wunderschön

Wunderschönes sauberes modernes Haus, hätte ich auch gerne 😍 Gianni und seine Familie sind sehr freundliche tolle Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Das Haus hat zwei Terrassen, somit findet man je nach Sonne den perfekten Platz. Tolle Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts! Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Complimenti ai proprietari per la cura, la pulizia e i particolari. Oltre ad avere ampi spazi interni ed esterni soprattutto la veranda e il bagno con tutti i confort come da descrizione, l’immobile è ben fornito e ben organizzato, ha stoviglie complete per tutti i componenti mentre solitamente mi trovavo in altri appartamenti a dover acquistare pelapatate cucchiai etc, qui invece c’è proprio tutto, persino il necessario per la pulizia , due stendini molto utili per asciugamani da spiaggia costumi etc, lavatrice funzionante e posto auto all’interno. Che dire.. complimenti per la struttura, consigliatissima

Pulito e funzionale

La casa è in ottima posizione per visitare il Salento e vicina ad una bella spiaggia di sabbia perfetta per chi ha bimbi. Ho trovato molto utili la grande veranda dove abbiamo sempre mangiato, il barbecue, la doccia esterna e l'accesso al bagno direttamente dalla veranda. Gli spazi sono ampi e durante il soggiorno non ci è mancato nulla. Il paese è molto carino la sera per le famiglie, con ristoranti e luna park per i bimbi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Consigliato!

Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. Es hatte nur kein Internet, aber das war auch im Angebot erwähnt. Jedoch wäre es gut gewesen wenn wir Internet gehabt hätten. Als nicht lokaler um sch zu erkundigen was es wo gibt. Gemäss Vermieter soll bald ein Anschluss kommen. Ansonsten schöner Strand und Meer. Es gibt Bereiche am Strand wo gratis sind. Also Sonnenschirm und Klappstühle mitnehmen. Ansonsten kann im Dorf für ca. 50€ alles gekauft werden. Ugento ist die nächst grössere Stadt. Es war sehr heiss und fast keine Feuchtigkeit. An der Küste gibt es ein paar Ristorante, Brötchen, Pizza und Meeresfrüchte

Das Anwesen wie auch das Haus selbst Sind im sehr gepflegten Zustand Alles war sehr sauber und auch modern Küchenausstattung war großzügig und vollständig wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich . Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen Und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das kommende Jahr Da wir wieder dort buchen werden . In diesem Sinne viel Spaß und gute Erholung im Wunderschönen Süden von Italien 😍
