The Livia Apartment has just been renovated and newly furnished, located in a residential area of Bardonecchia: 800 meters (a 10-minute walk) from the winter and summer sports area of Campo Smith; 400 meters (a 5-minute walk) from the village of Les Arnauds.
On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and sofa. A Smart TV is available for guests (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).
From the living room, you can access the condominium garden.
The landing with the bunk bed leads to the master bedroom.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower.
In front of the apartment, there is an outdoor parking space.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
