Very nice and very spacious apartment. The location was perfect, very quiet area. Walkable distance to the city center and well connected. The amenities were top-notch too, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathrooms with plenty of towels. Host was very responsive. Need some TLC but Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would definitely return! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is cute. Not super clean, more superficial clean. The wood on the floor is old and rotting/ broken in many places. It was dangerous for my daughter to be there and not get hurt as the wood was cracked and broken in every room with no way to ignore it. She fell many times in the first few hours. Then on the first and only night we stayed I woke up with a cockroach crawling on my legs under the sheets!!! The host responded in what seemed like AI and told me they could come and change the sheets and that there was bug spray in the closet. I was not able to mentally get back in that bed and left immediately also worried about my daughter walking on the wood and if she was bitten by a cockroach it could be very dangerous for her. The host first said they didn't know there were cockroaches but had cockroach traps on the floor around the apartment and recommended spray. They have refused to reimburse as I did not accept there offer to clean. Where they do not understand I am not able to sleep there every again. I do not recommend staying here!!!

Fine but dirty with glaring problems

The main issue with this apartment is that it’s marketed as a great place for a bigger group but then there is only one key. We had three adults with three different schedules and it didn’t work. The apartment needs to modernize with a key code or supply at least one extra set. Cleanliness was another issue with cockroaches (one dead and one alive in the bathroom), mold in the bathrooms and a terrible mildew stench throughout the ground floor apartment. Opening the windows to air it out led to so many mosquitos in the apartment I was bit up overnight including on my eye! The place needs a deep cleaning and it would be much better, along with a better stocked kitchen/supplies. The internet worked well and the living room TV was easy to use. The main living room is nice but the couch was stained and there was sand all over the floor when we arrived.
