We only stayed for 1 night so that we would be close to the airport for very early departure . The place was very clean , nicely supplied with coffee , port , suggestions to locals restaurants , instructions The views were beautiful , we appreciated the freshest linens and a wash cloths (first place to supply those ) bathrooms were very tight and the stairs very steep to enter the apartment but we were 4 mid sixties women who packed too much luggage and we wanted the views.

Lovely well equipped apartment

We were very pleased with the comfortable accommodation and in particular the location - there are some lovely bars and restaurants just round the corner.

Great Lisboa Flat

Our family enjoyed this multi-level space. It was in close proximity to a wonderful neighborhood with excellent restaurants, and we could easily get anywhere we wanted. We were able to cook meals quite easily and the terrace view was very enjoyable.

The Perfect Location

This rental was perfect for a group of 5 friends. The location was fantastic for enjoying the city and the large rooftop deck made for very memorable evenings enjoying wine and amazing views. The host met us at the property and left some great recommendations, we felt very welcomed and had an amazing time!

Beautiful Apartment with stunning view

We stayed there with a group of people for 4 days and were amazed of the beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was handled really well. Definitely recommending this place to others!

The apartment is well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The photo of the view from the balcony is 100% accurate and provides a simply gorgeous view of the city on a nice sunny deck. The property managers were very helpful in getting us checked in and checked out.

Quintessential Lisbon flat!

Wish we were still there!

This is a fabulous property. Clean, spacious and in a great location. And what a fabulous kitchen - everything we needed to make meals -even spices, coffee, tea and wine! The three bedrooms with three very comfortable king size beds were a luxury compared to other rentals we've had. The terrace with a georgeous view was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was very convenient - nice restaurants and grocery store close by. We hope to return some day soon.

Spent some very nice moments on the terrace of this great apartment. Fantastic place, fantastic location, very friendly welcome. Bathrooms were a bit smaller than expected. Don´t bring large suitcases as the stairway is quite narrow.

3 couples, first visit

The size and amenities of the apartment were all we needed for 3 nights in Lisbon! 3rd floor walk up and the hilly location can be a challenge but worth the exercise if you don’t mind it - Uber is a good, inexpensive option too. The terrace and views are both wonderful. Elisabete was also very responsive and available for check in and communication! Also, check out the little bar (“Imprensa”) on the corner, steps away. Fantastic Bloody Maria’s and oysters….

Best neighborhood, amazing view

Ana was the most professional and prompt welcome person. The apartment was great. It was hard to tell that both bathrooms were on the bottom floor, so the trip to the bathroom in the night was little tricky on the stairs! Super well stocked apartment in the coolest neighborhood.

Beautiful views, great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Principe Real from start to finish. The apartment is close to great restaurants, parks and shopping. We walked everywhere! Views from the rooms and terrace are breathtaking. The managers are extremely nice and helpful, giving us great advice on where to go and what to do. They were also very kind and understanding when one of our children ruined a set of sheets. This is a great option for active people- might be difficult for elderly, because of the stairs, but we loved everyminute of our stay.

Terrific Lisbon Stay

The apartment was everything that was advertised. Managers met us on time. The transaction was free of any trouble. Beautiful view from the upstairs terrace of the River, bridge, parliament building and old section of Lisbon. Bathrooms are small. Kitchen is perfect size. We cooked several meals here. Loved this place. Walking distance to most sites.

Rooftop views in great neighborhood

Antonio was an excellent host. He met us at the apartment and even helped us haul luggage up the 41 stairs when we checked in. He also left us a welcome gift of coffee, wine & water. The front of the building was covered and under construction while we stayed but didn’t really affect our stay at all. The apartment was as shown in the photos, is well appointed, clean and a great layout for the 5 of us. The highlight was the rooftop deck and gorgeous views of the rooftops from most of the windows. Location was also great! We had a lovely stay in Lisbon.

This Property Has Everything!!

We loved our stay at this location. Spectacular views from 3 sides, with a great rooftop terrace for enjoying sunrise & sunset. Grocery store and pharmacy just down the hill. We enjoyed many good restaurants also within walking distance. But also cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washer & dryer were really handy so that we could pack lighter for the trip. UBERs were plentiful and usually available within 1-3 minutes from ordering! You do need to be prepared to hike up the 3 flights of stairs, but it is totally worth it! Would highly recommend this property and we will plan to return and stay here again. Obrigado!

Cozy & Quiet

This is a very nice, well cared for, super clean flat in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the action in Lisbon. Our party consisted of my husband and me, and our 2 children ages 8 & 10. The description on the web site was very accurate, and the owners had everything in place that they said they would. My daughter had a medical emergency when we landed in Lisbon, so we gave the children the bedroom with the air conditioner. As the weather was quite warm, the rest of the apartment took a while to cool down, but there are lots of fans to help move the air. The evenings were very pleasant, and since the area is so quiet, we had no problems with open windows at night. The stairs leading to the flat are steep and the treads are not very deep. We proceeded cautiously and didn't have any issues, but I could see this being a problem for someone with mobility issues. We liked the location because it was only a 5 - 10 minute walk to restaurants, cafes, and the metro. We would recommend this place to our friends.

A pequena dificuldade para alguns pode ser os 3 andares de escada e os pequenos banheiros. No restante foi tudo muito bom e recomendo a hospedagem.

Städtetrip mit Freunden

Der Ausblick über die Dächer Lissabons hat uns dazu gebracht, diese Ferienwohnung zu buchen. Wir waren dort mit 6 erwachsenen Personen. Auf den Bildern sieht die Wohnung sehr viel größer aus, als sie ist. Da waren wir im ersten Moment etwas enttäuscht. Sonst ist sie aber ansprechend und sauber. Was definitiv fehlt, sind Schränke oder Kommoden, in denen man seine Kleidung aufbewahren kann. Nur in dem einen Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Einbauschrank zum Hängen von Kleidung. Was man in der Beschreibung auch erwähnen sollte, sind die steilen Treppen in das oberste Stockwerk der Wohnung. Jemand, der Probleme mit den Beinen hat, tut sich hier sehr schwer. Antonio hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Top. Ein defekter Sonnenschirm wurde sofort ersetzt und ein gewünschter Kleiderständer für ein weiteres Zimmer sofort angeliefert. Die Verwaltung war sehr bemüht, alles zu tun. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war wirklich sehenswert, wir waren ja auch an einem der höchsten Punkte der Stadt, die Straßen hinauf zu laufen, bringt einen schon zum Schnaufen. Wir haben uns nach dem zweiten Mal ein Taxi genommen, die sind dort sehr günstig. Fazit ist gut, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

This property was completely rebuilt in 2012/ 2013, and features all brand new furniture and appliances. Heating and AC have been added to the property. All bedrooms feature comfortable high quality luxury bedding. PI1/2 have a marvellous terrace with impressive views of the river, bridge and Estrela Basilica. The area is quiet and charming with lots of traditional shops and yet a right in the centre of town
