A second bedroom upstairs includes twin beds with a trundle bed and a separate bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and bathroom on the main level.
The patio is the star of this home. Complete with a grill to enjoy family time, you’ll be wowed by the beauty of the sea. Beach access is approximately 3 blocks from the home. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.
Located in Leucadia, a coastal community of Encinitas, known for relatively secluded beaches and a strong surf culture. The community features art galleries, unique stores, and restaurants. There is no smoking allowed inside or outside of this property. This home does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans and ocean breezes to keep it cool.

•  A $500 refundable pet deposit and a pet cleaning fee are required to ensure the accommodation is maintained in pristine condition.
•  All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the trash.
•  We ask that you observe HOA rules that are included in your welcome packet regarding pets. These rules also apply to Service Animals.
