If I could give more stars I would!! The place was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect, and it truly has everything you need to feel right at home! We were there for three weeks and couldn't have been happier and had the best time! Cannot wait to come back!

Excellent property and location. The house was a two story modern farmhouse home, well furnished with new furniture and accessories. A lively outdoor space ideal for dinners. The host was highly responsive. I would definitely return.

Labor Day Get Away

This was the perfect house to enjoy a relaxing weekend near the beach, extremely walkable & tons of restaurants close by or amazing backyard for a lazy bbq at the house.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family of 4 (plus dog) really enjoyed our stay. The home is recently constructed with high quality appliances, fixtures and furnishings and a great layout that connects the indoor and large outdoor spaces. Everything was clean and well stocked and the owner was responsive and easy to work with. The location is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the ocean and restaurants/shops.

Gorgeous, peaceful retreat

Beautifully staged, immaculate with an entertaining, manicured yard. So comfortable for my Husband and I, our two daughters And their boyfriends. We would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind that you have to be quiet after 10 o’clock due to neighbors and Not Park in front of other neighbors houses. We will be back!

Exceptional property

We were a large group of extended family so we rented the upstairs and downstairs units. It could not have worked out any better. Both apartments are wonderful in all respects and the location meant people could walk places and not have to move as one big group in cars everywhere. We will be back!

AHHHH - MAZING!

Celebrated my 50th birthday here, the house was so perfect! Encinitas is such an adorable town, quaint neighborhoods and great food! One thing about the listing, with the pictures posted, it makes it seem like you are renting the entire house, when in fact it is a lower level and top level. The top level gives you access to the roof top, were the lower level gives you access to the beautiful patio with hot tub. Regardless, loved the house and my stay in Cardiff By The Sea!

Cutest little beach cottage

Obsessed with this place! Loved the design, communication was great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to have common condiments in the fridge because buying full sized mayo, ketchup and butter for a couple days is silly.
