Residenza Capano Charming Apartment is an elegant apartment that combines classic furnishings with modern and functional elements, 
located on the second floor without elevator. We have tried to maintain the ancient style of the structure by enhancing the wooden ceilings that blend with the Tuscan terracotta floor and ancient Neapolitan riggiole.
Located inside Palazzo Capano, one of the "Palazzi di Napoli", This term mainly refers to those structures built over a period of time that starts from the medieval period, up to the present day. There are many hundreds of them and they constitute a very rich heritage of artistic, architectural and civil history formed over at least eight centuries.
From Salita Tarsia you will be right in the centre, a few meters from the metro stations of Piazza Dante and Montesanto (respectively Lines 1 and 2), and from the Funicular and Cumana di Montesanto.
The characteristic Pignasecca market is in the immediate vicinity, as is the famous via Toledo which connects the National Museum with Piazza del Plebiscito passing through Piazza Dante, one of the focal points of the city, with Port'Alba, one of the access points to the historic centre.
The house comprises on the ground floor a large living room with separate dining area and equipped with large windows, a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a double bedroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds that overlooks the lower bedroom, in addition to the master bedroom. There are also two full bathrooms.
