Guest Access

The interior studio space and private entrance patio are for your explicit, private use. There are no shared indoor facilities. Access to the main lawn, garden amenities, and the 120sqm pool is shared with the adjacent apartment complex. Free exterior parking is available immediately outside the property.

The property is a 45sqm studio positioned structurally as a semi-basement, situated just below the main garden elevation. This architectural decision ensures a naturally cooler interior environment during the summer months, while requiring guests to ascend a few stairs to access the shared garden and panoramic views. The kitchen is compact and designed for functional, light meal preparation. The village of Panormo is an 850m walk, and the closest beach is 650m away, presenting a strategic choice for guests who value quiet coastal proximity over dense urban centers. Public transport is readily accessible, though renting a vehicle is recommended for autonomous exploration of the island.
