Una casa para repetir

Encontrar una casa así no es fácil. Hemos repetido en esta casa porque llevamos muchos años usando Airbnb para nuestras vacaciones y esta casa es la más agradable que hemos encontrado. La casa no tiene grandes lujos, es sencilla, pero al mismo tiempo es muy cómoda. No tiene excesos, simplemente tiene todo lo necesario. El verdadero lujo está en tener el mar a un paso y el gran jardín para disfrutar cuando no estás en la playa. Lo del mar a un paso no es ninguna tontería cuando tienes que ir a la playa con niños, tumbonas, juguetes y toda la parafernalia. Incluso si olvidas algo en casa, estas a un paso para ir a buscarlo. Además, la comunicación con Bautista y Francisco ha sido muy sencilla. Se nota que gestionan este alojamiento desde hace años ya que incluso se adelantan a tus necesidades. Como ya he dicho, volveremos.

Super Urlaub - nette Gastgeber

Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Meer, Supermarkt, Bahnhof(falls benötigt). Die Unterkunft kann wirklich alles was Sie soll. Klimaanlage, Küche, schöner Überdachter Freisitz für gemütliche Abende. Die Kinder können durch die Hecke nicht davonlaufen, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Haus selber ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat dadurch aber einen eigenen Charm und es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber haben auf alle Fragen sehr schnell und sehr nett reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Perfecta para toda la familia

Hemos disfrutado de unos meses en la casa toda la familia y esperamos poder volver a hacerlo el año que viene. La casa es perfecta para todos. Los niños has disfrutado en el jardin y en la playa y los mayores hemos podido disfrutar también y trabajar online. El porche es muy agradable y es donde más tiempo hemos estado. Es un lujo. La playa es enorme y super limpia, y no tiene aglomeraciones como otras playas cercanas como Calafell, Salou o Cambrils. El pueblo esta a 5 minutos andando y es muy tranquilo. Puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites. Incluso hemos comprado vino a granel en una tienda delante de la Iglesia, no veia esto desde hace años. El encargado de la casa es muy agradable y servicial. Tuvimos un problema con la vitrocerámica y vino en una hora y lo arregló. Y la casa. No es lujosa pero tiene todo lo necesario. No hemos echado de menos nada, pero sobre todo, la localización, que es inmejorable. Espero que podamos volver en años sucesivos.

PARFAIT EN FAMILLE!

L'emplacement de la maison est parfaite. La mer, les commerces et les restaurants se font tout à pied. Les enfants étaient ravi avec une petite fête foraine et un petit marché nocturne. La maison est spacieuse, avec beaucoup de rangements, la clim fonctionne très bien. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de volet dans les chambres. Torredembarra est un petit village assez calme où l'on peut se reposer en famille la plage est très spacieuse. Batista était très à l'écoute et très disponible.

Gute ruhige Lage, nahe zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufen. Grosse Spielwiese, viel Spielzeug für Kinder, grosser Grill, schöne Pflanzen. Gedeckter Essplatz. Leider war in einem Schlafzimmer die Kühlung defekt. Kann passieren.

Top Haus, top Lage

Sehr tolle Ausstattung macht hier Vieles möglich (vielleicht wäre ein Staubsauger noch nett). Die vier Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, alles recht hellhörig. Man schläft unter Laken mit Decken obendrauf. Oben gibt's ein vollständiges Bad mit kleiner Wanne, unten mit einer Dusche (die hat dann auch Wasserdruck). Der Außenbereich ist gerade für kleinere Kinder super, sie können nicht abhauen, sich aber austoben. Vor Ort in Torredembarra gibt es alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Super war auch, dass Dinge wie Spülmittel, ein paar Tabs für die Spülmaschine (nicht so voll beladen, sonst wird's nicht sauber!) und die Waschmaschine sowie Lappen und Toilettenpapier, aber auch Salz, Olivenöl und ein ganzer Obstkorb vorhanden waren.

Traumurlaub

Der Urlaub war einfach nur traumhaft. Das Haus ist perfekt: gute Aufteilung der Räume, eine Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Sitzplatz draußen ist immer im Schatten und dort gibt es immer einen Durchzug, was bei höheren Temperaturen optimal ist. Auch die Lage ist super, man muss sich schon echt bemühen, länger als 5 Minuten bis zum Strand zu gehen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, wenn man frischen Fisch haben will, ist es auch nicht allzu weit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, aufgrund des Preises aber nur in der Nebensaison ;)

Hemos estado cinco semanas en esta casa que es perfecta. Estamos absolutamente encantados. Todo impio y ordenda con un jardín bien cuidado. Muchas gracias a Feli, Paco, Francisco y Patricia. <3 Volveremos! We spent such a wonderful time in Torredembarra and especially this house is absolutely amazing. Located next to the beach it has everything you need and is very well equiped. We enjoyed our holidays and really appreciate the help and care of Patricia, Franciso, Paco and Feli. <3 Thank you for being such lovely persons and special thanks for everything you did for us and for being anxious of enriching our holidays. Thankful 🙏🏼 Es war für uns eine wundervolle Zeit in Spanien und wir hätten uns kein schöneres Haus vorstellen können! Die Küche hat mehr als nur die typische Grundausstattung, alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber und auch der Garten sehr gepflegt! Wir waren 5 Wochen dort und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen, denn an Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und absoluter Zufriedenstellung der Mieter, gibt es sicher keine besseren Vermieter. Paco und Feli kümmern sich um das Haus und reinigen, erledigen die Gartenarbeit und umsorgen einen so herzlich, dass man sich in jeder Situation super aufgehoben fühlt. Ich bin froh, dass ich einen Teil meiner Elternzeit mit meiner Familie dort verbringen durfte. Ich vermisse die lieben „Hausherren“, den Strand, gemütliches Grillen im Garten und den Blick aufs Meer während man im Bett liegt. Wir kommen wieder! Ganz sicher!

Unas fantásticas vacaciones

Hemos tenido una semana fantástica en familia, y estamos muy contentos del trato recibido, el alojamiento y la ubicación eran perfectas para nuestras vacaciones! El anfitrión perfecto y disponible cuando fué necesario. El sitio es bastante tranquilo pese a ser temporada alta. La casa es estupenda, sobre todo si vas con críos. Obviamente, repetiríamos de nuevo

La casa es todo lo que prometía ser, tal y como se veia en las fotos. Bien ubicada, bien equipada, todo en buen estado y en una zona muy tranquila y en frente del mar. El encargado de la casa encantador y la comunicación con el dueño muy buena. La recomiendo para pasar unos días en familia y desconectar. También es recomendada para ir a Port aventura.

Excelente casa, cuenta con todo lo indicado en la información del anuncio. El jardín está muy bien cuidado y la terraza es muy amplia y cuenta con barbacoa. Las ventanas tienen mosquiteras y dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón y en dos habitaciones. En todas las habitaciones hay ventiladores de techo, que son más agradables que el aire. En el parking caben perfectamente varios coches. Todo está muy bien equipado, tanto los lavabos como la cocina. El trato de Paco y Feli fue excelente explicando el funcionamiento de todo y mostrándonos la casa, además tuvieron el detalle de dejar algunas bebidas frías y una cesta de fruta. Está en frente de la playa, a un minuto andando, pero también cerca del centro y del puerto. La playa es ideal para niños. Arena fina, un buen tramo sin cubrir y con pocas olas. Hemos tenido una muy buena experiencia.

Perfect holiday home

The house is located a comfortable driving distance of about an hour from Barcelona’s main airport. On arrival we were met by Paco, who showed us around and went through everything with us. He told us about the local area, recommended places for eating out and food shopping and left us to settle in. The Villa is very spacious and comfortable. There is a bathroom downstairs, just off the main sitting/dining area, which is perfect for a couple or small children if you don’t want them using stairs. The four bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can possible need to cook a nice meal at home, there is an outdoor BBQ, which got used everyday. There is a nice sitting area outside to enjoy lunch or dinner and a terrace to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There were 8 of us staying at the villa, 5 adults and 3 children under 5. The property can easily accommodate two cars. Paco provided a baby cot and a highchair for our little one. Every room has a built in mosquito nets. The location is fantastic one minute walk to a lovely and long family beach. We did most of our food shopping in a local produce place which sells lots of fresh fruit, salad, fish, meat and wine. We stayed two weeks, but are planning to be back. The location of the villa is perfect. You can always go exploring in the morning and go down to the beach in the afternoon. Being so close to the beach means that you can just pop down when you feel like it, and with children it is a big plus. We had a fantastic time and this villa is a spacious and comfortable holiday home.

Volveremos el año que viene

La villa esta ubicada en una zona tranquila y en una situación inmejorable. Los detalles de bienvenida se agradecen mucho para evitar el tener que realizar compras inmediatas. La vivienda muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario en cocina y ropa de cama. La playa es sencillamente espectacular, perfecta para los niños Han sido unas muy buenas vacaciones y esperamos pode repetir el año que viene.

Fantástica casa en la mejor localización

Hemos estado una semana toda la familia y nos ha encantado a todos. La casa es perfecta para ir con niños ya que está completamente cerrada y pueden jugar a su aire, y no nos tuvimos que preocupar. Todo está en muy buenas condiciones y la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas. El porche es super cómodo, básicamente vivíamos en él... y en el jardín, que está muy bien cuidado y es también muy grande. Sin duda lo mejor es que estás al lado de la playa (¡menuda playa!), del puerto y del pueblo. Solo utilizamos una vez el coche para ir a comprar. Estamos encantados. Sin duda la recomendamos, y nosotros volveremos.

Superklasse!

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern zwischen 0 und 4 Jahren zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus verbracht und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Der Weg zum Bahnhof und zum Strand sind kurz, so dass wir ohne Auto gut klargekommen sind. Der Garten und die große Veranda sind mit Kindern wunderbar, und es war zusätzlich ein Haufen Sandspielzeug vor Ort. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr und ordentlich Töpfen und Pfannen. Wir wurden mit gekühlten Getränken und einem Obstkorb sehr nett empfangen, was sehr schön war, da wir erst am Abend eingetroffen sind und nicht mehr einkaufen gehen mussten. Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren, war der sehr schöne Strand herrlich leer, der Ort aber mit den dort wohnenden Menschen sehr nett belebt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Es handelt sich also nicht um einen reinen Touristenort, der in der Nebensaison völlig ausgestorben wäre. Mit der Bahn haben wir Ausflüge nach Altafulla, Tarragona, Reus und Barcelona gemacht. Der Hausbesitzer Francisco hat uns im Vorfeld super informiert und geholfen und auch der Hausmeister vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!
