The villa 'The Beauty of Cala Tamarit' is located in Tamarit, 30 meters above the sea, in the first row on a rocky hill, surrounded by pine trees and a protected nature reserve with endless sea views. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The 350 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (all with fans), 4 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet and accommodates up to 7 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, washing machine, dryer, DVD player, TV, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available.



The villa offers a private outdoor area with pool, garden with garden furniture, children's pool, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Air conditioning is available.

Pros: Die Lage - Wow Die Ansprechpartnerin - Wow Service - Wow Ausstattung - Wow Alles zusammen - Wow Cons: Ein Auto wäre nicht schlecht da Taxi und andere öffentlichen Anbindungen etwas weiter weg, bzw nicht so gut erreichbar sind

Splendide

Pros: La villa offre un point de vue splendide. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer un séjour inoubliable. Des espaces de vie spacieux et confortables. Une maison fonctionnelle, très bien entretenue . Un emplacement idyllique. Cons: Peut-être le manque de climatisation dans les chambres. Mais cela n’a en rien gâché le moment.

Pros: The property is spectacular in design, location, layout, landscaping and atmosphere. The pictures on the website do do it justice. All of the bedrooms and outdoor areas have expansive views of the Med. The outdoor furniture is cheap crap. One chair fell apart with someone sitting on it. The beds, inside furniture, and linens are cheap and don't belong in such a beautiful property. Satellite TV is a joke; small flat screen with hotel-like news and Euro-Sports in a room that has one seat. Nice Kitchen. Automatic front gate was iffy and needed a push sometimes. Need to back out through narrow gate with inches of clearance on each side of an SUV. Very nice agent/rep showed up too much. Gardeners and pool people just walked in; someone (agent) opened the front gate. Insurance adjuster and repair people showed up with agent.
