This newly remodeled family property is located in a residential area at only a few minutes drive from Biot Village and just 5 minutes from the coast. The property is located in a nice private domaine that also offers a large communal pool that guests can use.



The villa offers 4 bedrooms located on the first floor. A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Two double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom that has a bunk bed and is most suitable for children or teenagers. From all rooms of the property guests will enjoy beautiful views to the coast.



On the ground floor a spacious open plan living / dining room together with the kitchen can be found. The fully equipped modern kitchen offers all modern amenities. From the living areas large doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool. A large flat screen TV offers a full TV package and Apple TV.



The pool has a free form shape and an approximate size of 7x7 meters. The pool is saline and surrounded by serveral terraces and relaxing sunloungers and an outdoor pool shower is also available to guests. A plancha / BBQ is available for outdoor cooking.
