Villa Regina is a very quiet Provençal-style villa with a beautiful garden and private pool.
The villa consists of 2 fully equipped flats (1 on each floor).
It is rented as one unit and is therefore ideal for families.

The upper floor offers a beautiful open-plan kitchen and sea views. The ground floor offers access to the garden with two beautiful terraces.
Both kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated recently. Both floors have air conditioning.

The garden is safe, quiet, and ideal for relaxing. Parking space in the property.

15 minutes walk (800 m) to the pebble beach, 25 minutes (2 km) to the old town of Antibes.

The ground floor flat offers a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with access to the garden. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 WC and a bathroom with bath. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a single bed.

The upper flat is accessible via a separate entrance and offers a wide view of the sea from the living room or the large balcony. The upper area impresses with a newly renovated open kitchen with bar, which flows into the open living/dining area.
2 bedrooms with double bed and futon offer space for 4 persons. There is also a kitchen, WC and bathroom with shower as well as a beautiful veranda / conservatory.
The two flats are connected by an interior staircase.

The garden with 3 terraces and large lawn offers perfect relaxation. The private pool invites you to refresh yourself in summer temperatures.

There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. The villa can be reached via a private driveway and is therefore very safe.
The garden is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for small children to play.
For children there are 2 swings, 1 slide and 1 playhouse. For teenagers there is a basketball hoop, body boards and 1 skateboard.
We have deckchairs, parasols and an electric barbecue.

Within 400 m there are several bakeries, pizzeria a supermarket and a pharmacy .
The beautiful old town of Antibes can be reached on foot or by bus (2 km, 25 min. by foot or 8 min. by bus).
The train station is only 1.4 km away and within easy walking distance, which is especially convenient in summer when various excursions can be made by train.

Can’t recommend this holiday home more!!Exceptional location to explore the beauty of Antibes and broader French Riviera. Property had superb aircon and facilities, with lovely outdoor space, balcony, garden and pool for some fun (with wooden decking a nice touch).Fresh baguettes, croissants and pain au chocs 5min walk - what more could you want….ok, there’s a Delhi counter and fresh Pizza takeaway served in same vacinity.Communication was the best I’ve experienced, Micheál (host) could not be more helpful before, during and even after leaving the property! Will be recommending to friends and family.Thank you Micheál and Family ;0)

Nice family house

We had a great stay with our family of 5 adults and 2 baby’s. Villa was as described. We enjoyed the pool and terrace very much. It was a nice neighborhood with everything closeby. Very good communication of the host!

Fantastic property

This villa is as described, clean and spacious with plenty of garden space and of course the lovely pool. The property owner was really helpful and responsive. My family and I (2 adults, 5 children) really enjoyed our stay here, it was an ideal location for relaxing in, very peaceful. It was also very easy to walk to the station and the train would take you to Cannes, Nice or Monaco. We would highly recommend this properly, and would definitely stay again.

Celebración familiar

Reunión de toda la familia (6 adultos y 3 niños) para celebrar eventos familiares y nuestros 25 años en la zona de Antibes. Casa perfectamente adaptada a nuestras necesidades y con oportunidades para hacer visitas a otros lugares: Cannes, Monaco, etc. Gran disfrute de la piscina por parte de todos y del área exterior y barbacoa. Interior perfectamente dotado: no falta de nada y la comodidad es maxima. La información es perfecta y la atención por parte de los caseros también, incluso recomendándote algunas actividades. Juguetes y entretenimientos infantiles incluidos. Sería recomendable el aire acondicionado en la planta inferior, aunque ya conocíamos que solo había en la planta superior se hecha de menos. Lo dicho: una gran estancia con magníficos recuerdos para toda la familia.

Lovely house in a great location

Katrin and Micheál were perfect hosts. Excellent communication prior to arriving, smooth check in and easy to contact should the need arise. Also very understanding and accommodating for us to briefly store luggage on check out prior to our flight which was much appreciated. Beautiful house with fabulous facilities. Conveniently located near supermarkets and a bakery and walking distance of bus routes and the train station (we managed fine without a car). Lots to see and do in the local area but also extremely comfortable for lazy days by the pool. We would very happily visit again.

Sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa war ideal für unseren Urlaub mit den Kindern. Der Pool wird jeden Tag kontrolliert und wir haben sehr viel Zeit darin verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Es gab ein Problem mit der Toilette, was sofort und schnell behoben wurde. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Excellente location avec proprio au top

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine : maison très agréable, jardin sans vis à vis et super pour jouer, piscine sécurisée avec terrasse au frais, accès aux commerces et à la plage à pied, et surtout, propriétaire et son équipe hyper disponibles et ayant tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour et le rendre plus agreable
