Amazing waterfront holiday apartments with unforgettable sea view balcony.
From the balcony the visitor will admire the magnificent view to Argolis’s gulf as well as to the historical fortress of Nafplio so called “Palamidi” and “Bourtzi”.

Apartments are front of quite stony private peaceful beach, only few steps away, enjoying your swimming each time. Furthermore the view from the balcony will strike you, especially the sunrise.
Apartments are located in a quiet place at the edge of Kiveri village but everything you need is located very close by foot. Restaurants, taverns, minimarkets and bakery are within walking distance along a walkway which winds along the attractive rocky beach. Also apartment is only few kilometer away from Nafplio, Argos and the most archeological place in Argolis.

Kiveri village is a small fishing village to the sea side of the historical Argolis’s gulf. From there the most famous areas of ancient Epidaurus (45km), Mycenae (20km), Nafplion (12km), ancient Tyrins (12km), Argos (12km) Tolo (20km), ancient Nemea (27km), Korinthos (59km) and ancient Olympia (160km) area easily accessible by car. Athens is only 150km far away by car. In winter if you love skiing or snowboarding Kalavyta (125km) is the best place to visit.

Bus station is only 500m from the apartments. There are routes for Argos all the day making the accessibility at the village easy.

If you need to rent a car, I could arrange it for you. Also we could arrange a taxi to transfer you from airport.

Kiveri apartment with a view

We had a great stay at this property, which has the most wonderful views from the balcony across the bay to Nafplio, Argos and the mountains.

Wonderful! Great view overlooking the sound.

Excellent location for touring the area. Host was easy to contact and quickly answered our questions. Apartment very clean and well-equipped to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable. There were a handful of restaurants within walking distance and a sandy beach. Best part is the balcony with view of the sea and Nafplio.

Wohnung zweckmässig mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage, nah zum Zentrum gelegen mit Supermarkt, Bäcker und Tavernen. Traumhafter Ausblick! Zum Schwimmen im Meer muss man nur wenige Stufen herunter gehen. Übergabe der Wohnung trotz Coronapandemie problemlos. Reinigung nach telefonischer Vereinbarung super gelaufen. Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen.

It was not clear in the listing where the apartment was located. It was a great little town but it was not close to most places and a car was necessary.

Wonderful

We had a wonderfully relaxing time here. The apartment is very well thought out and comfortably furnished with good quality furniture. We loved the location, walking to the great selection of restaurants along the board walk. The village provides everything you need, butcher, baker, small general store and a van comes with fresh vegetables and fruit. We most enjoyed the balcony - fabulous view - and the proxmity to the sea was superb. WE LOVED IT!

Un excellent moment

Un appartement très agréable et tout à fait conforme au descriptif Un accueil très sympathique par Maria, qui parle en plus le français et est à l'écoute Je conseille à toux ceux qui souhaitent visiter Nauplie, Lerne, Epidaure et Mycènes de s'arrêter chez Christos. La mer est en bas de la maison, la vue sur le golfe est magnifique En plus on peut faire les courses à pied dans le village ou manger dans des tavernes à proximité Nous avons passé un excellent moment car fin mai, cet endroit est tout à fait propice au repos. Prévoir 2 heures depuis l'aéroport d'Athènes, par autoroute puis nationale mais cela vaut le détour. Nous reviendrons Edith et Jean Michel à Versailles France

sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, wurde zwischendurch gereinigt und Handtücher ausgetauscht ... Top Service. Es liegt ruhig am Ende vom Ort, der Balkon mit dem Ausblick ist sehr schön. Der kleine Ort ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles, was man braucht. Kleine Läden, Bäcker, Tavernen, Fleischer. Zum Baden ging es direkt vom Haus die Treppe zum Wasser. Das war wunderbar und wurde jeden Tag genutzt. Ende Oktober war das Wasser immer noch sehr warm. Für Ausflüge ist es ideal gelegen. Wir sind die schöne Küstenstrasse bis Leonidio gefahren und von da in die Berge. Sehr zu empfehlen. Badestrände sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Um diese Zeit war es schon sehr ruhig, aber alles hatte noch geöffnet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Christos und seine Mama!

TRAUMHAFTER MEERBLICK

Alles war hier Perfekt, angefangen mit dem Empfang von Maria, die französisch spricht und uns alles Infos und Hilfestellung geben konnte. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und regelmäßig sauber gehalten mit einem traumhaften Blick auf dem Meer. In Kiveri ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag braucht : Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger und viele gut bewertete Restaurants. Aus Kiveri kann man alle erdenkliche Ausflüge machen : nach Nafplio, Mykene, Epidaurus etc... Wir können die Wohnung richtig weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank noch an Maria und Christos!!

Appartement impeccable avec la mer au pied de l'immeuble oú l'on peut faire de longues baignades, superbe vue sur la baie de Nauplie, sympathique village de Kiveri (petit port de pêche, restaurants, bar à cocktails) à 5 minutes à pied par un très joli chemin de corniche, très belles visites à proximité (Nauplie, Mycenes, Epidaure, Tirynthe). Et l'accueil en français de Maria est très souriant et très agréable !

Magnificently positioned between sea and sky, the small apartment has everything you need.

The glory of the apartment is its balcony with stunning views across the Gulf but it it is also, as we found, a convenient and well provided home for a holiday for two adults and a young person. Kiveri is an excellent centre for visiting the main classical sites of Mycenae and Epidavros and for longer expeditions to, for example Mystras, as well as offering a range of beaches-rocky or sand according to preference-and a choice of good restaurants. And everywhere the welcome is warm and genuine. It is the kind of place that will draw you back again and again.

A fantastic little apartment with wonderful views from the balcony, and an excellent location.

Christos was an excellent host who went out of his way to help with whatever we needed. For example our stroller for our baby didn't arrive with our luggage which was a massive pain but he managed to get one from a family member and loan it to us for our stay. The apartment is in excellent condition and very clean. The access to the sea is ideal straight out the door down the steps with no road to cross. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back in the future.

Schönes Appartement mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Das Appartement ist modern und funktional eingerichtet, alles hell und freundlich. Die Küche ist mit einem Kochfeld mit zwei Platten, kleinem Backofen und Mikrowelle ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher. Es reichte uns vollkommen aus, einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten! Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad zwar klein, aber mit toller Regendusche. Das schönste ist der Balkon mit der phänomenalen Aussicht, fast hat man den Eindruck, über dem Meer zu schweben. Alle drei Tage Wäschewechsel, das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt, großes Lob! Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage, Restaurants fußläufig über den Weg am Meer erreichbar. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es im Ort, große Supermärkte in Nafplio. Als Ausgangspunkt für die großen Ausgrabungsstätten bestens geeignet. Ein kleiner bewirteter Strand unmittelbar am Haus, Badeschuhe empfehlenswert! Christo begrüßte uns überaus freundlich und wir fühlten uns bestens betreut und gut aufgehoben. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!!!!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick aber wenig Sonne

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Ich würde sie allerdings für einen Urlaub Anfang April mit Tagestemperaturen um 20°C nicht unbedingt empfehlen, weil außer Morgensonne von 9-10.30 Uhr der Balkon und die gesamte Wohnung den Rest des Tages im Schatten liegen aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung an der Bucht. Von 11 Tagen war die Zentralheizung nur über die vier (orthodoxen) Osterfeiertage in Betrieb, so dass in den ersten Tagen die Wohnung ausgesprochen kalt war. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und jederzeit per sms oder Telefon zu ereichen.

L'accueil est chaleureux et CHRISTOS est vraiment super sympa. Kiveri est un petit village bien situé au bord de la mer. Le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours draps et serviettes changés Il est impératif d'avoir une voiture car pour faire ses courses . Le coin est magnifique nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Un luogo fantastisco ed incantevole

La casa e' molto carina, con un terrazzo mozzafiato a picco sul mare. A pochi metri da casa ci sono delle spiaggette a scogliera con un mare bellissimo. Christos (il proprietario dell'appartamento) è una persona molto gentile e disponibile, così come tutti gli abitanti di Kiveri, che per noi rimane un posto magico e pieno di incanto!!!
