This is a comfortable modern, ground floor, fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment with a wide spacious terrace giving spectacular views over the Argolic Gulf. The apartment has 2 single beds and 1 double bed (sleeping for 4) with a sofa bed for a fifth person, if required, in the living area.. The door from the living area leads onto a private terrace with outdoor table and chairs with seating for 6. From here there are uninterrupted views over the beach and sea where guests can watch the magnificent sunrise each morning or relax in the evening and watch the moon rise over the sea.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities. The living room has comfortable chairs, a dining table with chairs, TV, DVD player, books and magazines. The shower room has a toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also an outside shower which guests can use to freshen up after coming from the beach.. Steps close to the main gate lead down to the beach which is ideal for swimming or general relaxation.
The secure garden has flowers, lawn and fruit trees with a BBQ terrace with outdoor tables and chairs.. The apartments are in a secure area with plenty of parking space and electronic gates for added security.
The apartment has a good broadbend connection.
The village of Xiropigado is within easy walking distance and here are found small shops and seafront retaurants serving varied menus, including tradition food and wines.
This is an excellent base to explore nearby places of interest, including the beautiful old town of Nafplio, which is just across the bay, or the ancient sites of Mycenae and the wonderful ancient theatre at Epidavros, where Greek drama productions are staged in the summer months.
