Coração do Mar OCV - by the beach, old town

Coração do Mar is an excellent apartment, fully renovated, equipped with air conditioning, it has a privileged location and a fantastic city/sea view. Fully equipped for 4 people.



The apartment has the essentials for a relaxing holiday, where you can park your car in the garage and do everything on foot. The Complex also has a swimming pool for adults and children (we provide towels).



It is located in the historic center of the city, very close from the beach, which is a walk of about 250 meters or to the marina of albufeira.



The apartment is in the Bay View building, which is ideal for parking your car in the garage that you want to enter on foot to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and many other services available within minutes.



The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.



We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

Great location

We were pleased with the apartment, it was well appointed and had everything we needed. There were a few niggles, the picture of the balcony is a bit misleading because it’s actually tiny, the shower didn’t drain very well (despite maintenance coming out (neither of us has lots of hair so it wasn’t us causing the blockage), the TV remote wasn’t working, we think the batteries were dead. The pool was empty but it wasn’t really warm enough to swim, but it was disappointing.Having said that, the apartment was perfectly located being a 5 minute walk to the square, 20 minutes to the marina and about 35 minutes walk to the new town. If we were to return to Albufeira we would definitely consider this property again.

Fabulous Holiday

The apartment was perfect, we had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us too. We wanted to be close to the Old Town, but once we were in the apartment it was nice and quiet. Nothing really, everything was great.
