I was impressed by improvements since my last visit, Jorge was a great addition and very helpful. Everything was in good working condition this time and communication was better. The duplex was cleaned 3 times during the 3 weeks I was there. The addition of umbrellas on the patio and new loungers on the rooftop were nice. As always you can’t beat the view and the size of this duplex for the price!

Propriété bien localisé, au centre de l'Algarve. Près de toutes commodités. Propriétaires avenant et d'une grande disponibilité.

Les fichus chiens !!!

Ce n est pas la faute des locateurs. L appartement est parfait, propre, bien équipé, bien situé. Mais les voisins partent travailler et laissent leurs chiens sur le balcon. L effet d entraînement est tel que c est agressant. Des chiens qui jappent TOUTE la journée. Le voisin d en bas en a deux !! À devenir fou. Nous étions là pour 12 jours !! De 6 h30 le matin à 8h du soir. Dommage pour le locateur. Le rendement qualité prix est très bien. Si vous y êtes à court terme, que vous n’êtes pas la dans laJournée, l appartement est à conseiller

First time in Portugal

We had a wonderful time, location was close to everything in the area. Close walk to the ocean and many local restaurants and live music. Street was a bit busy, but sitting in the courtyard made up for it.

Great Location

Our second time at this property, good value for the location. Rooftop terrace and balconies have spectacular views, the furniture on the rooftop needs replacing, a table up there with shade umbrella would make it awesome. The coffee maker in the unit did not work and was not replaced during our stay

Just what we needed

Very clean & well appointed property in good location for a walking holiday. Quiet neighbourhood with comfortable beds & plenty of towels. We were shown around by a very pleasant cleaning lady. It is on a bus route if required & good Uber service is available. The area is hilly and there are stairs in the apartment. Albufeira Marina is within walking distance which is also excellent for evening meals, live music, etc. Great views from the Balconies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return

Apartment with a virw

We enjoyed our stay .The apartment is spacious. Clean , it has a washer which was helpful as we rented for 18 days . There were a lot more stairs than the owner let on. When entering the apartment, this is the 2 bedrooms & full bathroom. 2sets of stairs takes you to the livingrm kitchen & 2 piece bathroom. The views are really nice to see everyday you get up from the main bedroom & living room. There weren’t any condiments at all. I have stayed at many VRBO , they were all very well supplied . .They all have sugar salt & pepper . Some even have oil , tin foil plastic wrap & baggies. This one has nothing. This apsrtment is a good 15-20 mins from old town . A nice walk down hill , but you have to be fit to get back up. There is a supermarket fairly close , again it’s downhill going . The apartment is very clean, a cleaner comes in once per week. The dining chairs could be updated & the rooftop loungers also .

Brilliant location

Best place to stay in my opinion. The balconies and rooftop overlooking the sea and old town are amazing. The rooms are spacious, laundry facilities very helpful for a long term stay. Our only comment is that the BBQ was not functional and maybe a few more dishes. But perfectly fine for the three of us. The grocery stores are a nice half hour walk if you are looking to save money and cook some meals. Hosts are responsive, the place is away from the noise of old town but close enough to walk to in a few minutes. The marina is also a short walk to go do you or visit. Highly recommend. Will come back if I get a chance

Expectations Met

WE loved the location with incredible view. The rooftop furniture could use replacements. Also some of the furniture (dining chairs) could be replaced. The neighbours dogs barked most of the day and evening, quiet at night thankfully. Of course the owner's hands are tied concerning that. We would give this unit a 4 star.

Full price/performance ratio

Nice apartment with everything you need. Beautiful view from the balcony. Close to the beach, to the supermarket, to the old town. The owner is very kind and polite. There is a shuttle to/from the airport and to/from the train station. We were very satisfied and recommend this apartment to friends.
